Situated close to the River Magra and directly on the sea. Villa Noce offers comfort and peace all year long. Its optimal location, between Liguria and Tuscany, allows you to reach the most important touristic locations. You can choose to visit the towns nearby: Ameglia, Bocca di Magra, Monte Marcello, Fiumaretta and Sarzana (distance only a quarter of an hour by car), or to visit famous Cinque Terre, or the Carrara Marble Quarries, you can choose between excursions in the Alpi Apuane or to enjoy the famous Versilia night-life. Then if you prefer one-day excursions Genova, Pisa and Firenze are respective 100 km, 40 km and 100 km distant.
The apartment has a surface of 80 sq. m. and is ideal for 6-7 people. It is composed of 3 double bedrooms (an extra cot for children can be arranged), a fully equipped kitchen with a fantastic view on the Apuan Alps, a living-room, a bathroom with shower and bathtub, independent heating, a garden 230 sq. m. with private gazebo (fantastic for a break during the day or for a quiet, healthy breakfast.)

Kind and friendly young couple used to receive people from all parts of world well english spanish and german spoken. Mirco worked on board Cruise shipss so knows several different kind of people and can give good advises about food wine and touristic sites. Always at disposal as we live upstairs.
