Situated on one acre of land 40 feet from the water's edge this romantic nest offers complete privacy. A secluded beach for great swimming and snorkeling is a two minute walk along the shore. With water views from every room and alfresco dining savor the thrill of overlooking St. Martin, St. Barts, Tintemarre, and Saba.

Beautifully landscaped grounds utilizing indigenous shrubs and enhanced by flowering plants, wood sculptures, stone benches. This special house of love was designed and built by the owner with the assistance of over 76 Anguillians. Guests "feel" the care by all whose hands touched this home. A photo album on the living room coffee table details the entire construction process.
Why the Owner Chose Elsie Bay
Elsie Bay is located east of Little Harbour on the south shore in the middle of the island. Only 5 minutes from banks, grocery stores, restaurants, post office, The Valley (capital), shops, the house is equidistant from both the east and west ends of the island.
Not only can you fly into Anguilla, you can also easily fly into St. Martin and take the 18 minute ferry to Anguilla.
