This property is located on the most desirable area of Anna Maria island....the north end! If you've stayed in the past, you know why. Walk to what seems to be your own private beach with about 100 steps and have all your beach items in a little push beach buggy. It couldn't be easier!
Both bedrooms have king beds with top of the line Simmons pillow top mattresses. Wood shutters for times when a nap seems the perfect thing between beach and shopping. Two comfortable screened porches and an elevator that drops you at the kitchen with an outside BBQ off the second floor porch. Ocean views overlooking sunsets from the master suite with additional large porch that has both open and covered patio decking.
This home is surrounded by only upscale residential homes an a very quiet private back yard. You can either ride your bikes or walk to several restaurants for breakfast lunch and dinner, coffee houses, ice cream :) and to fishing piers that furnish bait. If you are lucky enough to visit Anna Maria and stay for awhile, you will love it's old time charm and friendly folks from all over the world.
Oh, and my guess is once you do stay, you will want to inquire about staying longer or returning to Anna Maria the following year.
