This condo comes with 6 full day passes to the Green Valley resort with all 3 night or more stays. The Green Valley resort has 4 pools and 2 hot tubs, tennis courts, basketball courts, racquetball, fitness center and much more.
You will also have a key to the 2 outdoor pools and hot tubs in the Las Palmas complex. The 2 pools have unlimited use.
$185-$225/night…plus taxes and $80 cleaning fee. *3 night minimum required on holiday/special event weeks.

Why the Owner Chose St. George
Location is such a key. We wanted a place that our family could come and enjoy sunshine and relaxation. St. George is the perfect place for that. We also wanted fun activities for our family be able to participate in. Las Palmas has all we could ask for and more. You can't beat 6 swimming pools, tennis courts, racquetball, basketball, playgrounds, fitness gym, beautiful scenery and much more. Along with all the amenities of Las Palmas St. George provides great locations for hiking, biking, golfing, boating and entertainment at Tuacahn's live theatre. St. George and Las Palmas gives us all the things we want to do while on vacation. If it's great shopping, eating out or just relaxing by the pool it has it all. That is why we bought our condo and are now sharing it with others to enjoy as well.

This condo has incredible views off the back deck. It truly can't be beat. That is one of the main reasons we bought this condo because of the breathtaking views.

We rented this condo having never used VRBO.com before. I'll admit we were just a tiny bit hesitant about what we would find upon arrival. We were renting for a girls weekend and this was an absolutely perfect experience. We were suprised and thrilled to find that this condo delivered on its promises. It was clean, brilliantly furnished to accomodate our need to visit into the wee hours of the night. The amenities were amazing and the veiw truely spectacular! The layout and space in this condo was amazing! I would recommed this to any one looking for the comforts of home in a get away location. We have already planned to request the same condo annually for as long as it is available! Thanks for an amazing stay!.

I just wanted to send a quick email and thank you for allowing us to rent the condo this weekend. We were so greatful we stayed there instead of a hotel especially with the wet/coolish weather conditions. That is a great condo! It felt like a home. Our kids had a ton of fun swimming at the indoor swimming pool. My brother and I had fun playing racquetball. We were able to fit in a few different fun hikes inbetween rain and wind so that was a lot of fun too. thanks again

This condo was amazing. It was clean, spacious and beautiful. It felt like home to me. The owers were wonderful to work with and very helpful. The rooms were neat and of good size. The view was amazing. It is close to downtown St George and in a nice area. I will stay here again. You will not be disappointed.

Andrea, We just wanted to tell you how happy we were with our stay. This is our first time renting through VRBO and it couldn’t have been better. The condo itself was clean and spacious, all that we could have hoped for. The grounds were immaculate and the proximity to the pool was perfect. We loved that we had a 2nd floor unit and that an elevator was available if needed. We have been planning this vacation as a part of our ‘bucket list’ for a very long time and the condo just added to the overall enjoyment of our trip. Beautiful unit, scenery, and city. Thanks for all your help and suggestions.

Excellent Choice for us. It was much more than the description. Beautiful location, Very, Very clean and neat. Beds were excellent. View off the deck was breathtaking. Location was excellent to trip off to Bryce and Zion. Near by Snow Canyon was also beautiful and a wonderful place to take small hikes. The pools were wonderful, clean and neat. I would strongly recommend this property and hope to come back some day.

Our stay was wonderful. We had such a great time. Your condo was just perfect for all of the families that stayed there. The kitchen was well stocked and the rooms were clean and comfortable. We would definately stay there again!
