Since the house was completed in December 2009 it has been one of the most sought after vacation homes in Key West. It has been occupied by groups of young adults and also by families. All ages enjoy this luxury mansion. Built by a British designer with no attention to detail left out. European style molding's throughout the mansion and Brazilian cherry floors make this one of the most elegant houses built on the island in many years.
Come with me on a tour of this magnificent house that you and your family will enjoy living in for your vacation, and I can assure you will want to come back to over and over again!
As you enter the property through the gatehouse you enter into a totally private and secluded vacation home, with beautiful trees and plants. A step up onto the front porch and you are about to enter the most enjoyable house on the market!
You are now standing in the great room, with the most amazing view ahead of you to the huge outside pool, gazebo and hot tub with its waterfalls that at night are lighted with varying colors. As you stand inside and look up you see the various European style covings each with different lighting levels to create the perfect ambience. To the right is the exquisite bar area where you can serve your family and friends their cocktails and beers as they enjoy paradise. Oversized sofas await your seating pleasure as you relax in this huge living area. To the right are the stairs which overlook the living room with openness. At the rear of the living room is the exit to the private two car garage with automatic doors.
Lets stay downstairs a while. As we walk to the right we enter one of the most amazing kitchens that you can possibly entertain, everything new. All that you would need is provided. If you are catering to a family or friends, or just ordering in. This is a great place to prepare those special meals. There is a breakfast bar that takes you into the dining area where you can sit with your friends and family discussing the awesome time that you are having on our paradise island, but with amenities in a house like this, you don't even have to leave the mansion to enjoy yourselves!
Behind the kitchen is located the laundry room with washer and dryer.
The first bedroom is located with its doors opening to the huge pool and hot tub on the first floor. Beautiful wooden floors and lovely high ceilings, imagine just opening your bedroom door and enjoying the palm trees and pool each and every day. This bedroom has a bathroom immediately outside with a beautiful glass door shower unit and double jets.
Up the wrap around stairs you stand at the top and you can see the entire living room from one angle or you can walk out onto the large wrap around balcony outside from which you can see the awesome pool and hot tub surrounds by palm trees.
Enter bedroom two with its queen bed and outstanding bathroom with double head shower heads and glass doors. Nice walk in closet and views of the pool from the windows.
Enter bedroom three with its octagonal shape with nice closet and 180 degree view of the front yard with beautiful trees. Nice size bathroom with double head shower heads and glass doors. This room has a queen bed.
Bedroom four is the smallest but still nice with its plush simmons queen size bed and easy access to the amenities of the octagon bedroom or master suite.
Now get ready for the master bedroom!! Huge bedroom with doors opening onto the wrap around balcony, it has a huge walk in closet but what is amazing about this is the en-suite bathroom which is as big as another bedroom. The walk in shower cubicle has jets from head to toe, all fully adjustable. Next to this are two vanity units and to the side again is a Jacuzzi bath and within arms reach a wine cooler for those special nights of relaxation
The pool is one of the most amazing luxury pools built in Key West in many years. It has a depth for diving at one end. Stand underneath one of the two luxurious waterfalls and dive off and then swim through a 52 foot canal underneath the gazebo towards the whirlpool/spa, then sit down to enjoy the jets and heat as you relax with a drink in paradise, lean back and enjoy the magnificent palm trees and let your stress melt away.....
At night the backyard playground takes a whole different feel. Imagine in the dark as the hot tub lights up, and different color neon lights fade in and out around the pool and the colors behind the waterfalls change creating one of the most amazing light shows, add music from the surround speakers and the beautiful key west climate and you have the vacation of a lifetime

Andrew Fisher is the builder and co-owner of this mansion in paradise. Born in 1969 in Wales, United Kingdom he learnt the trades necessary to build this spectacular property. Andrew is a well trusted specialist, and is called upon on many projects around the Florida Keys as well as nationwide working in New England and California on a regular basis. His business partner and co-owner is a professional landscaper and business owner. Andrews brother in law Paul Cross is the property manager who organizes the bookings for the house and is the one who you will communicate with regarding your stay.
