My family and I have made Vermont our second home for more than 25 years. My husband, Lans, and I had the good fortune to purchase his family-owned co-op townhouse 12 years ago in the Birch Hill community. We are married 26 years and we have a fabulous 8-year-old daughter. We live in Fairfield, Connecticut. We are avid outdoor enthusiasts and enjoy golf, skiing, swimming, photography, hiking, and travel. I am a 25-year PR veteran and own two PR firms Burns Communications and
PR Synergy Plus in Fairield County, Connecticut and represent premium brand clients in the financial services (wealth management), healthcare, technology, and consumer products industries.
Why the Owner Chose Winhall
As we truly love Vermont with the wide open space, fresh clean air and water, and overall abundance, we wanted to own a second home and raise our family there. As avid skiers, it made sense for us to purchase a townhome that was already in the family. My husband has enjoyed this second family home since 1969.
The Unique Benefits of this Condo
There are so many wonderful things to do when at Stratton. They include skiing, hiking, bike riding, swimming, antiquing, shopping, entertaining, and enjoying world-class restaurants. We enjoy the peace and quiet that our end unit townhome affords after a long day. It is a very private community which is one of the most attractive aspects of being part of the Birch Hill community. Our home is nestled into the woods with views of Stratton and Bromley mountains and the valley.
