I rented this house for a group of 10 for a long weekend. It was the perfect house for a large group. We had plenty of space for our group. I loved that the house was ocean front. There is a porch on the back of the house with a great view of the ocean. It was great to be able to walk back and forth from the beach to the house during the day. I highly recommended renting this house. Ellesor was easy to communicate with and was very helpful in planning the trip.

Let me say WONDERFUL, WONDERFUL, WONDERFUL. The Beach house was terrific. Just what I needed to get away from everyday pressures and hassles. Margaritas on the beach were awesome. The house could not be any closer to the water. The listing photos and description were dead on and reflected the property well. The owner was very helpful and returned calls within a reasonable time. Also very thoughtful to have a guessbook and a restaurant/activity suggestion book. YOU ROCK!!! I am already planning for next year's trip and highly recommend this property to anyone in need of rest, relaxation and a good time. The house accomodated everyone in our party without being cramped up together. it was spacious enough for all and yet able to offer private spaces to get away. Thanks for allowing me and my family to enjoy a piece of your family and your incredible home. Waiting on next year, Tasha from Indy!!

Great place for a family vacation

My husband and I were so pleased by the Beach House. We took our 2 preschoolers and my parents, and everyone had plenty of room to spread out. It was very quiet, perfect for naps (and a good book on the porch!). Right on the beach, and the yard was wonderful for playing with the kids when they needed a break from the water. The house was tasteful and relaxing. It was so close to Barefoot Landing, our favorite mini-golf course, and grocery stores/ eateries. The owners thought of everything and were easy to reach if we had any questions. If you need a place for a large family where everyone will have plenty of space and a ton of fun, rent this house! You won't regret it! :-)

What a comfy spot on the beach!

Our first visit to Myrtle Beach was so fun because of this house. Everyone had space to be alone yet come together for meals, TV, etc. Extra bathrooms and TV's make such a difference. And what's not to love about the big porch and it's rocking chairs! It has all the comfort of home. I highly recommend!

We enjoyed our stay at The Beach House. We felt like we had a private beach just out the front door. We cooked every meal except one at the house and enjoyed the kitchen; thanks to all the utensils, appliances and disposables available like soap, trash bags, coffee filters, etc. - that made it easy to cook for our family. It was great to spread family in their own spaces. We also enjoyed the big screen TV - thanks so much!

The Beach House was perfect for our family vacation. Adequate sleeping space, adequate congregating space and adequate space to get away from one another when needed. Access to the beach was wonderful - no streets to cross and just a short distance to carry "beach" things. Location, location, location!!! We had a great time - the house was well stocked with the items, utensils, etc. that we needed to prepare our meals. First time we have not had to buy extra kitchen towels and utensils. No pool, no jacuzzi, no problem!!! Will certainly consider renting again if we return to N Myrtle Beach for family vacation!

My family including children, grandparents, parents, and aunts and uncles just spent a fabulous week at THE BEACH HOUSE. We are so thrilled with our vacation we are going to make it a tradition to rent this house each year. There was plenty of room for everyone, and the adults spent most of our time on the huge front porch which looks out over the Atlantic. The location of the house is great! Although there are many activities to choose from that are very close by, the house seems very private, and the beach is not crowded. We enjoyed eating all the fresh seafood that the area has to offer on several occasions. We especially liked picking up fresh shrimp that had just been caught from Berry's Seafood. Those were the best shrimp we have ever had! We found that this house was one of the most functional houses we have ever rented, and we would highly recommend this house as a place to make great family memories!

First let me say it was a pleasure staying at The Beach House! The first thing out of every ones mouth on Friday morning was how well we all slept. The house was like coming to stay at a family member's house. I have to say the sole reason for me picking the house was because of the dinning room with the red chairs. It just screamed "true beach house" not some over done place like some of the others. My entire group sat around Friday night listening to music discussing our next trip down, Once again the house is FANTASTIC! And thank you so much for allowing us to stay there. You've made a renter for life.

I wouldn't change a thing about the house. The best stocked kitchen I've encountered in rental property! We used that area in the front yard to play with the children and to teach our grandson to ride a bike. The grass there is soft enough to go without shoes, and big enough to play softball, or croquet, or any number of yard games. We hope this house will be available for other families to enjoy as much as we enjoyed it.

My family and I absolutely love "The Beach House". It is, by far, the most fun we have had together on vacation and the house was a major factor. I love the amount of room this home offers, giving everyone a little privacy, yet the common areas bring us all together. The oceanfront view from the porch is wonderful. This home is for anyone who enjoys the beach, shopping, good seafood, and relaxation. We will definitely stay here again!

WONDERFUL beach vacation. The house is beautiful and has an almost private beach. Very close to main attractions and not a far drive to everything you would want to see during your stay. The house was very spacious and has plenty of room for any family. I would recommend to anyone looking for great time at Myrtle Beach.

A huge THANK YOU! We had a fantastic time at the beach house, and wouldn't change a thing. Next time, we do plan to stay longer, maybe even take the kids. The boys would love throwing football in the yard..(.that's one of the things we loved the most! ) The decor is perfect. Your mom has great taste! We did manage to get take out from Hamburger Joes...great burgers. The location is PERFECT! Truly felt like home away from home! It was sort of hard to get motivated to do anything but hang out at the house, so comfortable there! We had great conversations, and numerous laughs on the porch and couch! Thanks so much for sharing your home with us. We truly look forward to going back soon!
