This home is located at the crest of a hill with 180 degree mountain views and with Seven Castles (red rock formation) in the background. Overlooking the Frying Pan River, this home offers easy access to world class fly fishing.

The home is furnished with a graceful quality to provide a comfortable and enjoyable rental experience. The 10 feet high south facing living room windows provide one of the most soothing and beautiful views found in Colorado. Total privacy, no other homes or humans can be seen from the living room or bedrooms. Deer are frequent visitors to the property, birds are abundant and elk are occasionally spotted. The summer flower garden and natural landscaping adds color to the peaceful setting.

Good art is provided from local as well as international artists.

You will find high-end Kitchen-Aid appliances in the kitchen along with granite & wood countertops.

High ceilings with exposed wood beams are a feature of this property.

Both bathrooms provide marble floors and tiling, Kohler appliances, euro showers (glass shower doors), granite countertops and good linens.
