Booking this studio was very easy; the owners were very prompt to reply to our inquiry. The listing was accurate in terms of amenities. In fact, it surpassed our expectations. The local manager was prompt to meet us when we arrived at the flat and gave us a thorough and pleasant introduction to the building and surrounding area. It is very close to two Metro stops, and a short walk to Champs Elysees and the Arc de Triomphe. I would definitely recommend this property to friends and family--in fact, I already have! Everything was in great condition and the amenities (full kitchen with dishwasher, washer/dryer, ample storage space, wireless Internet, cable TV, iron/ironing board, hair dryer) were extremely generous and in working order. Check-in and check-out were a breeze. Overall, we were thrilled with this studio and are already talking about returning.

The location of this apartment is fantastic! The neighborhood is awesome, 1KM away from Élysée Palace. Everything is so close, Champs Élysées is two blocks away, the subway is in the corner, a grocery story, bakery, drug store, ATM, coffee shops, everything is close! The apartment is very comfortable, it is just like it looks in the pictures. The property manager and the owner are very responsive, we will be back for sure. If you are trying to find the perfect place to stay in Paris look not more, this is the best place for a romantic getaway.

The apartment was comfortable and in a great location. I mostly agree with the other reviewers but I did have a few issues that prevent me from giving this place 5 stars: The property manager was late when we arrived at the apartment. There was no complimentary bottle of wine as advertised. There was no toilet paper in the apartment A few of the light bulbs were out.

Our family of 4 had a wonderful stay at this studio apartment. Clean, comfortable and easily accessible to Champs Elysees and metro stations, it was a great experience. The managers Benjamin and Jean-Pierre were helpful with check-in and check-out. The apartment is safe and very quiet. It was a great alternative (larger and cheaper) to a hotel room and the apartment was comfortable for my wife and I and our 2 college age children. Thanks and we hope to return someday!

We arrived by taxi during rush hour and rain. We were a little late. Thank you Jean-Pierre for waiting for us up front and being so helpful. Myself, my husband and 14 year old son stayed here and it was perfect. The metro station was just down the street and we were able to get anywhere we wanted in Paris in no time. The flat was extremely comfortable and quiet. We also loved the way the flat was decorated. We will definitely be coming back.

We stayed in this apartment back in April 2011 and is was perfect in every way for the 4 of us (including a 4 year old child). You just can't beat the location, the convenience of having more space than a hotel and a kitchen for basic food preparation. The apartment is very well-appointed and Thierry was wonderful in answering all of our questions and connecting us with his management company.

My mother, sister-in-law and I stayed in this apt. for our week in Paris. This apartment was stylishly appointed and comfortable. Not only was it in a desirable and safe area, it was centrally located and near 2 train stops. This made our sightseeing jaunts effortless. There were shops nearby to meet our every need: necessities, food and fashion! The kitchen was supplied with every appliance we would need. We were able to save $$ by eating breakfast in each day(croissants and coffee). The wireless internet service and free phone calls to the states were a great plus too! The owners and property manager were extremely helpful and easy to work with. When I plan my next trip to Paris, if this apartment is available for my travel dates, I will definitely rent it again!!

We stayed four nights with four ladies, and this apartment was perfect! Although it is a studio, it's spacious and sleeps four easily. Very well equipped, WI FI is easy to use, washer/dryer is great (I didn't have to come back from vacation with a suitcase full of dirty clothes!), apartment is clean and well-maintained. Can't say enough about the location! Blocks from the Champs with shopping and restaurants galore! Metro is a quick 2 minute walk. The building itself is very secure and quiet. Concierge service is extremely helpful and available anytime during your stay. Will definitely be coming back again! Thanks Thierry!

My 3 friends and I stayed in Thierry's apartment for 10 days and had a great time. Everything was exactly how he said it would be and it was a beautiful apartment. What a great location too! We were a few blocks from the Champs and amazing shopping. There are also 2 metro stops very close by. The building was very secure and quiet. I would recommend this place to anyone traveling in Paris! Thanks Thierry! Cheers.

My husband and I had a fabulous time on our first trip to Paris and are so glad we stayed at this apartment! The Miromesnil metro was half a block away and gave us access to the #9 and #13, two trains that easily connect to other lines and got us exactly where we needed to go every time. The location is great being just a few minutes walk to the Champs Elysees and even though the street is busy, we enjoyed peace and quiet since the apartment faces the inner courtyard. The building is beautiful and the lift was appreciated since we had so much luggage. The bed was comfy and the apartment had every amenity we could need. It was a great place to stay and we will definitiely be back!

This apartment is great. The location is top notch - just a few short blocks to fabulous shopping. It is very clean, and the property manager was quite helpful. He is accessible if you need him. The key exchange process was quick and efficient. Picnic (small cafe downstairs) is great for a quick lunch on your way in or out. Highly recommended.

We arrived quite late (9pm) to meet our concierge who was happy to show us through the apartment and other important details. The Apartment is superbly located in the middle of the city, less than 200metres from the nearest subway and maybe max. 500m from Champs-Elysees. You can walk right into the heart of the city and around to all the sights without any problems at all. The apartment is quite spacious for 36m² and plenty of room to cook a nice meal and sit down with your loved one to eat and if you like, there is a large flat screen for television and dvd's, but you do not need them with everything there is to do around Paris. The bathroom is big enough and modern and there is also a desk area for internet access and your laptop. The bed is just fine and quite comfortable and the closet is plenty big enough for people who would want to stay long term. Overall this place was fantastic, great location and most importantly quiet! Everything you need is so close and plenty of great restuarants within walking distance! I would highly recommend this place to even my Grandma and Grandpa, as it is so perfectly located and also has lift access!

We stayed in the apartment in the spring, with my husband and a 4+ year old son. Everything was as listed, the apartment was clean, fully equiped and fully functioning amenities, with windows to a quiet yard and comfortable bed for a good night sleep after hours of walking through Paris. The shops are nearby, a bakery for a fresh baguette in the morning, or a supermarket (3 blocks down), open late hours. Many restaurants. The location is fantastic: upscale neighborhood, within a few minutes to two (!) metro stations (easy to get to the train stations---we came from the East one), walking distance to the Triumph Arch. We would certainly recommend this apartment to singles, couples, or small families such as ours. We loved it!

My 2 young sons and I stayed at Elysee Studio in April 2010. The studio was an excellent centrally located base for our Parisian stay. Elysee is spacious, quiet, light and bright and extremely well equipped with quality appliances and fittings. Instruction booklets for all appliances are well documented. There is a good selection of fresh food stores within easy walking distance. An added bonus is free telephone calls to a number of countries, including Australia. I thoroughly recommend Elysee to other travellers.

There truly is no place like home and to call this amazing apartment home for a few days in Paris was... well... amazing!!! It could not be better located- just a stones throw from Champs Elysee and every fashionista's heaven: Rue Faubourg St Honore!! It is furnished with taste and every detail thought of... And perhaps the best perk is the boulangerie just down the street that has the most delicious croissants this world traveller has ever tasted!!!

One of the girls with us kept commenting about how well equipped and comfortable it was...both the beds were perfect..better than any hotel! I have a feeling you'll have some repeat customers in the future! Alicia Y., London, UK

Paris is a great city to be a tourist in. The apartment made our experience even better. the apartment is centrally located walking distance to the Champs Elysees, the Louvre museum, and the beautiful Park Monceau to name a few. The owners have done a great job in the design and equipping the apartment to the smallest details. The apartment looks exactly as the pictures you see and more. We highly recommend this apartment for anyone who wants to enjoy Paris without feeling like a tourist. John Morino, New York, NY

My three friends and I stayed here for a weekend mini-break from London. All I can say is it was perfect. It fit four without feeling cramped, two in the main bed and two in the surprisingly comfortable pull out sofa (note three of the girls are tiny, but I'm 5'11'' and slept in the pull out with one of the pixies and it was fine) The furnishings were to a high standard, and (shock horror) there was plently of hot water, which for four women with ridiculous amounts of bath products is saying a lot. We were able to hook up our iPod to the TV, and there was WiFi for us work-a-holics. John (the manager) was really nice and flexible in terms of meeting us as we arrived at crazy-o-clock on the Friday evening. The kitchen is small but well equipped, but who needed it when you have Madeleine right on your doorstep? We used it to make coffee in the mornings. And for the US/UK contingent who are obsessed with Starbucks (even in Paris) there is one about a 7 minute walk up the road, which came in handy for myself and my friend who were early risers and the brasseries were closed. There is a huge grocery store also about a 10-15 min walk (if you make it past Prada...), clubs and bars around the corner, and the Metro was literally at the end of the street. The building itself was lovely, we kept joking the stairwell was like the last scene in the Bourne Identity. Now, please note, this is a really large studio flat, but with the bed on a raised level it didn't feel cramped, and believe me, for what we would have had to pay for a hotel room which would have been much smaller, more hassle, and WAY more expensive, we didn't complain. This is perfect for couples, or four friends who don't mind sharing beds/bathrooms. I wouldn't really recommend it for families, but that's not saying it couldn't work. And ladies, small note - there is a HOT guy who lives directly in the flat across the way, made for great viewing while gazing out the window waiting for the bathroom ;-)
