This first floor corner unit condo has 1551 square feet of living space and is located in a private gated community. Falling Waters on Davis Boulevard is close to I-75 and minutes to downtown Naples, Naples Beach and easy access to Sanibel and Marco Island. Spend a month or two or three in total luxury overlooking the lake and waterfall from this unit.
Relax and enjoy your vacation in the beautifully landscaped Falling Waters. Park your car in the garage, unload your suitcases, and start to unwind. Our condo welcomes your arrival. This corner unit built in 2006 is located in Magnolia Falls and is tastefully decorated with all new furniture for your enjoyment and comfort.
Beautiful tiled floors greet you as you enter. The well appointed kitchen features upgraded white cabinets with granite counter tops. The breakfast counter has seating for easy conversation with your guests while preparing meals. The kitchen is well stocked with all the small appliances including blender, toaster, coffee maker, mixer, etc. and an abundant assortment of baking and cooking ware, plenty of glasses, dishware, flatware, and a large assortment of cooking utensils. The charming breakfast nook has a lovely glass table and four wicker padded chairs overlooking the tropical courtyard.
Tile floors continue throughout the dining and living room. The beautiful dark mahogany dining table with pineapple motif has 6 dining chairs. The large living room features a tropical theme and plenty of seating with sofa, love seat and chair with ottoman. Beautiful water views can be seen from the large sliding glass doors.
The Guest Bedroom is off the main hall and has a full bath. The bedroom has 2 twin beds and is tastefully furnished. Pocket doors offers your guests total privacy from their bedroom to their bath. A fully equipped laundry with sink is conveniently located off the kitchen.
The Master Bedroom has large sliding glass doors overlooking the lanai and the lake. There is a king size bed, 2 bureaus, 2 end tables and a large TV. This master suite has a spacious bath with walk in closet.
The third Bedroom/Den has a queen pull out sofa, table, comfortable chair, and 2 closets for extra storage. This is a wonderful private room to escape with a good book.
There are ceiling fans throughout including the lanai for those days when you do not need central air. This condo features internet service, 2 large TV’s with DVD/Video players, a private garage and water views.
The tropical setting of the Falling Waters complex offers the largest swimming pool in Southwest Florida, a beautiful club house with many activities, (Bridge, Mah Jongg,exercise activities, social gatherings and so much more) clay tennis courts, bocce courts, a putting green and miles of paved areas for walking or bike riding.

Owner Description
We are both New Englanders. We met on Cape Cod, married and decided to settle on the Cape. We love being close to the ocean as we enjoy boating, fishing, golfing and the beautiful Spring, Summer & Fall months. We decided that when we retire we wanted more of that beautiful weather in the Winter months so we purchased a second home in Falling Waters.
Why the Owner Chose Falling Waters
For many years we traveled with our children to Orlando, Fort Myers, Sanibel, Fort Lauderdale and Naples. We loved Naples for its quiet enjoyment, many activities and of course the wonderful warm winter weather. In one of our many visits to Naples we purchased our condo in Falling Waters. We chose Falling Waters as our second home as we loved the lush tropical landscaping, the club house,the large pool and the spacious condo. We hope you enjoy it as much as we do!
