  by far the most relaxed and comfortable week we have ever spent here. Your home is perfect and the things you did for us on our arrival was very special. The sunrise over the marsh was worth getting up early for. Your home embodies the low-country feel. We hope to come back again.

  I have been trying to figure out what to write in this guest book without sounding just like every other entry in here. The truth is, everything is right. Your home is warm,beautiful, and charming and welcoming. We had a great time visiting the area, catching fish/shrimp/crab/stingrays from the dock and sight-seeing. This is defintely a place we would like to visit again....hopefully soon! Thank you both for welcoming us into your home. We couldn't have picked a better place to celebrate our 1st wedding anniversary.

  It is well stocked with anything needed for a vacation. I spent alot of time on the dock and in the hot tub but also saw as much as possible. Beaufort waterfront, Lady's Island, St Helena and Hunting Beach. I love antique and junk stores and there are loads off them here. My dogs, Polly, Pita had a great week also. They loved napping on the dock.

  charming cottage by the sea. If only it were longer! The boys enjoyed fishing from the dock and I enjoyed the gorgeous sunsets. I felt as if we were far away from home and the daily activities. We look forward to seeing more of your home in the future. Relaxed, Dean & Brandy

  Away from deadlines and commitments! Sunrises, sunsets, coffee on the dock, fishing just for the fun and so close to everything (if you want to go). Great yard, moss-ladn trees. You are so blessed and thank you for sharing with us and all the little extras that make one feel special. We wanted some place special to spend our 22nd wedding anniversary and this wa the right choice. We have been to Beaufort many times and enjoyed and appreciate the thoughtfulness yu show your guest..So many things "Beautiful Beaufort" is the ideal go to palve..Thank you so much!   We just finished a 10 day stay in this home.....first the pictures do not do it justice. This was our first experience w/VRBO we had no idea what we would get....what we got was kindness by the owners, and a warm inviting clean home to rest and relax in! Everything you need is there....the dock is great....the yard is beautiful......and the live oaks will leave you breathless! The dog had a ball! The Low Country is beautiful, the people are friendly and helpful. And if you do not have pets don't worry this house doesn't smell like animals....We don't have enough room to write the kind of review this home and the owners deserve! The only thing I could think of that may impact some are the stairs at the house, there are a few. However my friend had dual knee replacement surgery a few years back.....and she did fine.Thank you so much for your kindness and the generous use of your home.

  Recommended for: Girls getaway, pet owners, families with young children, sightseeing, age 55+, families with teenagers, adventure seekers, romantic getaway.

  The dog loved the place especially the low windows where he could look out at the birds. The beds were comfortable as were the chairs. Internet signal was strong and there were plenty of TV channels to choose from. The hot tub wasn't too hot and plenty of pressure when taking showers...little stuff like this made our stay so enjoyable. We went to most of the sights in the area save for the Kazoo Museum, maybe our next visit. We enjoyed it very much.

  Any need we had, you had already thought of it. Loved the bath soap. Lucy, our dog responded to Marlene's calls for her cat Lucy! We loved the dog gate on the front porch. We used the swing. Lucy sniffed the smells. Our time has gone quickly. Thanks for letting us use your home.

  has been a most wonderful respite from the cold of the Pocono mountains. We thank you for your patience and understanding as we needed to adjust our original schedule. Our warmest thanks to both of you for your very special personal touches which made us feel welcomed and relaxed as soon as we arrived. Your home is totally equipped with everything we needed. Love the lighthouses and nautical items. Although this is our first VRBO experience, you have set the bar at excellent. Hope to return.
