When you first enter Dolphin Point, the premier Waterside building, you are greeted by a cascading waterfall that will immediately relax your senses and set your mind to vacation mode. As you head to the unit, the gorgeous atrium will certainly attract your attention.
As you walk into your rented retreat you will appreciate the quality of care given to this unit. The fully equipped kitchen features granite counters and breakfast bar with three chairs for those quick morning snacks and dinette seating for 6. The living room if furnished with a big comfy couch and chair to watch a DVD on the plasma TV. All of this area is still within view of the beautiful Florida sunsets that are also enjoyed from the adjacent screened-in lanai; also with seating for 6.
When you are finally done enjoying the day; you certainly won’t mind going to bed in any one of 3 bedrooms. The master suite has a king size bed, complete with down pillows, with a separate entrance to the lanai and plasma TV with a DVD player. You can unwind in a Jacuzzi bath or just take a quick shower in the master bathroom.
Bedroom number two has a roomy queen sized bed, its own TV and full bathroom too!! Bedroom number three is equipped with a comfortable king sized sleeper sofa also with a full bath. The den area has a pull out couch for even more sleep space. Sorry, no separate bath here, someone will have to share!
If you really have to do laundry the unit comes complete with a full sized washer and dryer. Call me now to escape the mundane!! Thank you for your interest in this “jewel of Waterside.”
