Spacious Waterfront newly renovated condo 40 foot from the water. Over 1400 square foot 2/2 with full kitchen, utility room, balcony, deck, patios, pool, boat ramp, boat dock and slip, carport and garage, beach access across the 2 lane street. Queen bed, two twins, queen sofa and queen futon in master. We do not allow large parties or family gatherings. City fire code allows no more than 6 guests in a 2 bedroom condo.
Watch dolphins off the private lanai as the sun rises, spend the day on the white sandy beaches, shopping malls, or local golf courses then nightlife either nearby or in Tampa. Fish off the private dock or bring your own boat/jet ski as ramp and boat slip are included. Bike and Boat rentals nearby or ride the beach shuttle to Clearwater or Johns Pass for parasailing and waverunner rides.
Indian Shores offers a small beach community atmosphere with all forms of city entertainment a short drive away. Only 30 miles to Busch Gardens or a 90 minute ride to Disney, SeaWorld, and Universal Studios theme parks. Clearwater and Tampa International Airports close by with shuttle service to and from each.

Why the Owner Chose Indian Sands
Indian Sands is a small complex in a great location and offers so many amenities. There are a total of 16 units here with 4 units in each building. Many are owner occupied which provides for a quiet friendly atmosphere. We are looking for guests who will fit right in to the neighborhood. We do not do large parties or large family gatherings. City fire code allows no more than 6 people in a two bedroom unit.
The Unique Benefits at this Condo
This is a small complex composed of 4 buildings of 4 units each. This is the only building which offers a garage as well as a carport. We also have a boat slip available for your use along with a ramp next to the dock. We offer beach chairs and toys as well as fishing gear for you to enjoy the amenities of this complex. There is a private balcony off the living room overlooking the water as well as a large patio with tables and a swing on the waterfront below the unit.

Loved this location. The balcony is almost directly over the water, beach access was easy and it was only a short walk to restaurants and tourist spots. The home was large and allowed us the convenience and privacy of home, can't get that in a hotel room.

very spacious and well maintained condo right on the water. we enjoyed watching the boats and dolphins from the balcony. Beach access was easy and close with great restaurants very near. great place for vacation.
Recommended for:Adventure seekers, romantic getaway, sightseeing.

We stayed at Indian Sands the last week of April 2010. The condo is very spacious, with a very well equipped kitchen and huge living room, which opens onto a balcony that overlooks the Intracoastal Waterway. This is a great spot for bird lovers, as you will see pelicans, roseate spoonbill, egrets, heron and many others from your balcony. We also spotted a dolphin swimming by. The master bedroom is very large as well. There are 2 full baths in the unit. The location is great,with several restuarants within walking distance. Groceries, fast food, and other stores are less than a ten minute drive away. The location is about midway between Clearwater Beach to the north and St. Pete Beach to the south in a quiet, much less touristy area. The gulf beach is just across the highway - maybe a 2 minute walk! The condo was extremely clean and very well furnished. This was my first experience in renting a condo, and the owners were very helpful and easy to work with. We enjoyed the week so much that we are planning to return later this year. Highly recommended!!
Recommended for:Girls getaway, families with teenagers, romantic getaway, age 55+, sightseeing, families with young children.
