It is obvious the resort paid close attention to every detail in the two bedroom two bath master suite. From the softest towels imaginable to fine cutlery in the rain style shower heads for two. 750 thread count linens and seven different types of pillows to choose from make sleeping on vacation a pleasure rather than pain. Don’t worry if you don’t get the master bedroom, the second bedroom is just as amazing and comfortable.
The unit is perfect for a large family or a group of friends having fun and entertaining guests. The private balcony with a private Jacuzzi overlooks Lands End and Lovers Beach. When the sun sets, watch the sailboats and booze cruises light up in the bay for one of the most amazing views. Save money on eating out for every meal by cooking yours meals in the immaculate kitchen. Everything from an Espresso machine to a dishwasher is at your disposal. Don’t worry about paying for laundry services, you have a private washer and dryer. Hopefully there is still some laundry detergent that I left in the unit for guests. Everyone gets their own flat screen TV with all the great channels in English.
Of course, Cabo Villas Beach Resort's finest amenity is its location. We are right on the main beach in the Cabo Bay, locally called "Medano Beach". This part of Medano Beach offers one of the only safe swimming beaches in the entire area. The Cabo Marina is only a short one block walk for all of you fisherman, and the brand new Puerto Paraiso shopping Mall is also within easy walking distance. In fact, Cabo Villas Beach Resort is one of the only five star resort properties in the entire Los Cabos area where you may never need a taxi or rental car. Even the downtown nightlife, shopping and dining is within a stone's throw of our property!

Onsite brewery and restaurant on the rooftop of the resort with amazing views of Medano Beach and Lovers Beach. Amazing craft beer, food, and service sets this place apart from anywhere else on Medano Beach. The staff at this rooftop restaurant was the best we had in all of Los Cabos.

Why the Owner Chose Cabo Villas Beach Resort
I travelled all around Los Cabos and in the end realized that you can't get a better location than this unit. Walking distance to attractions was important for me especially since taxi cab fare can add up over one week. The view is gorgeous, the ocean is warm, and the nearby restaurants are the best. The beaches stretch forever and you can also walk to the Marina to charter a fishing boat. My family has been travelling to Cabo San Lucas for 20 years and this is the best property yet.
The Unique Benefits at this Condominium
My favorite activities on the property include having lunch or dinner at the rooftop Baja Brewing Company, swim in the pool and have a cocktail, and people watch on the beach. Possibly even buy a new sombrero or woven purse for my girlfriend. I personally enjoy meeting and talking with the locals (don't worry, most speak English very well) which gives you some insight into where the best places to eat, drink, and dance are. I recommend finding your way to a taco shop called "Los Claros" for the best fish, shrimp, lobster tacos for the cheapest price. Don't get caught paying $2 per taco before you try this place. Also, the Cabo Wabo bar is a fun place to hangout for everyone especially since it is somewhat air conditioned to keep you comfortable. Keep an eye out for Sammy Hagar as he shows up once in a while. One last adventure that I will never skip going to Cabo San Lucas and renting snorkeling gear and heading out to Lovers Beach. Dive in and enjoy the thousands of species of fish that live in the Sea of Cortez.

My name is Hansen and I recently purchased a condo at the Bayview Suites in Cabo San Lucas. I love to travel, especially in Mexico. I am working on starting my own tour guide business in Mexico focusing on socially and culturally sustainable business practices. When we first went to this property, it was the "Tres Amigos". Me, my Dad, and my girlfriend. We had an amazing vacation and are itching to back soon. I also love to surf so I took the Tres Amigos on a two day excursion up to Todos Santos, La Paz, San Jose Del Cabo, and a few fun stops on the way.
