Can be used as a vacation rental or corporate housing and is a fully furnished apartment; short-term stays are available. Nestled in between the 5 block span of Wilshire Blvd and Montana Avenue, this high-end area of Santa Monica is a coveted place to be. We are also a quick drive to all of the major Hollywood studios and production houses, Beverly Hills, Malibu and all of the major business centers.

The Master bedroom has a King bed with Crema Marfel stone in the attached bathroom and California Closet design. The 2nd bedroom has a full size bed and a trundle bed (with two singles)- both bedrooms have new carpets. The condo has a large living room area with a plasma TV (Directv) and fully equipped DVD, CD Player and comfortable furniture. Hardwood floors throughout the kitchen, living area and dining area. 1 garage space and 2 street passes.

Kid friendly - crib/cot available upon request. I also provide a highchair and stroller.
No Pets. I provide deep discount for long term rentals - one month or more!

My friends and I traveled to Santa Monica to experience our first marathon. We are from South Carolina. We were extremely pleased with our accomidations. The gated entrance provided a feeling of security and safety, which is something we were concerned about. The close proximity to shopping, eating, and (most importantly) the finish line made this place perfect for our trip. The covered parking was also a huge bonus. Thank you for allowing us to stay in your beautiful home.

Our stay there was great! Very clean, very close to beach and shops. All the beds were very comfortable and clean sheets. The shower in the master bed was very nice! I wanted to stay in there for 30 minutes! I would highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a clean place with everything you need.

Great neighbourhood, perfect for four ( my wife and I + 2 teenagers ). We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here. Everything that we wanted in a rental property was right here, including secure, underground parking, easy walking access to shopping and beach. Very amiable, and responsible owners. Well maintained property. We would stay here again, for sure.

Why stay in a hotel when you can stay in this lovely condo? It's perfectly situated, a few blocks from the Palisades and the beach, a few blocks from the touristy but fun promenade and pier. Whole Foods is nearby, and some terrific restaurants are within walking distance. I lived in Santa Monica years ago, and it was fun feeling like a resident again, rather than stuck in a hotel. It's a great place, and I can't wait to stay there again.

The unit has anything and everything you need, including parking (covered) which is very hard to find in Santa Monica. We felt like we were at our own home - very cozy. Great location. We will definitely stay here again.
