This sunny landscaped home is new and fresh including a fully equipped modern stainless and granite eat-in kitchen. Ceramic throughout kitchen and dining area with lots of light and windows so you can let in the beautiful Florida sun or close the blinds for your intimate privacy. There is plenty of room in this house for everyone without feeling crowded. The living area has a nice size TV with cable service and a cozy sectional that has a full size pull out bed.
Relax and read or use your laptop (wireless internet included) in the chaise lounge under the picture window with the air conditioner on as a nice break from the hot sun. The master bedroom has it's private TV stored in the elegant wardrobe facing the elegant master bed. You'll have lots of extra light when the curtains are open as the large closet doors are mirrored. The second bedroom has an elegant trundle bed which can sleep 2 together or apart.
The home is fully equipped with all linens and there a washer/dryer neatly tucked away in the bathroom! Choosing what restaurant to eat at is one of the hardest decisions you'll have to make as there are so many to choose from along Gulf Blvd or across the bridge. It is conveniently located on Bellair Beach within easy walking distance to local restaurants, beach shops, parks, and the Public Library is just around the corner where you can borrow books and movies. Be sure to take a ride on one of the areas funniest attractions... the Pirate Ship!
