Beautiful, Private Mountain Home Duplex, rented as one unit. We own both sides of the duplex. 4 total bedrooms, 2 (1/2) bedrooms, 4 bathrooms.
The units are adjacent with only one sound proofed wall connecting them. Both units are split level with Master Bedroom, 1/2 room with Twin Fold out bed and Master Bath. There is a wood burning fireplace in the living / dining area. The kitchens are fully stocked.

To ski, snowboard, bike, run, hike, raft, dine, breath fresh air, relax, watch the fire, free concerts, Betty Ford Gardens, Fly Fishing, roller blading, the Teva Games, the Bike Trail that goes for over 50 miles into Cooper/Silverthorne, races/competitions every summer weekend, food/wine tastings in Vail and Beaver Creek, the Rodeo every Thursday in the summer. Chill out on the deck and read a book and sip a glass of chardonnay.

The bike trail is one of Vail's most appealing infrastructures. The bike trail extends all the way to Silverthorne. Road biking with no cars, where else can you get that!

Take the red line into Vail and the green line back home and you can get to Lions Head in 15 minutes and the Village in 20 minutes. NO $25 parking fee, get off the bus and jump on the lift!
A few minute walk and you are at a Beautiful Neighborhood Park with Dog Park, Children's Playground, Flyfishing, Hiking Trails, Sledding Hill and Picnic Tables.

The Vail Valley has so much to offer. Most people think of the Vail Valley for skiing and winter sports. But, there is so much going on all year round. We love the summer too. This is a picture of my boys enjoying a beautiful summer day on Vail Mountain taking a break from mountain biking.
