Jetty Villas is located across from The Crow's Nest (think good food, good music) and just before the South Jetty (think beautiful Sunsets!). You'll be steps from the pool, beach, and Inter-coastal Waterway. Jetty Villas is a grouping of 41 single story villas set in a meandering pattern that flows around the pool and the Gulf.
All units are the same size, all are 2 bedroom, 2 bath - but layouts will be different. This villa is very comfortable, very bright with a large private patio, and only steps away from the pool area. Since I like to entertain, you'll find it well-equipped for the occasional dinner party!
The very best thing about Jetty Villas is the community of people who choose to hang out here. The owners and the renters are passionate about Jetty Villas and about Venice. Even though people go their separate ways during the day, most will gather at the pool or out front at the tables around 5 o'clock for Sundowners. Recounting the days activities generally provides the humor for the day! Venice itself has tons to offer - good shops, good restaurants, good theater. And we have a local gem sitting right across the street in The Crow's Nest - some nights it's nice not to need a car!

Year Purchased: 1982
I love New England. I love the snow - at least that very first pure white snow. But at some point, the white stuff turns this really awful brown - or worse yet, turns to ICE! Originally hailing from Western Mass, I've been coming down to Venice for over 25 years. Over the years it's been the school vacation getaway, the long-weekend break, and The Escape. Jetty Villas was originally bought for Mom and Dad. After 25 wonderful, fun-filled years, Mom and Dad are both gone. My brothers and I are not ready to give up our little piece of Paradise quite yet, but we are willing to share it with you occasionally. We hope that, like our parents, you will fall in love with this beautiful City on the Gulf.
Why the Owner Chose Jetty Villas
After 33 years in Northampton, MA my folks decided to retire. They packed their car, sold what wouldn't fit, and headed South. Their plan was to find something to rent in the Naples, Florida area while they got the lay of the land. On the way down, they decided to stop in Venice just for the night. Well, when they went over the center bridge and hit Venice Ave with it's wide green and wonderful shops, Mom fell in love. As we like to say, they stopped for the night and stayed for a lifetime!
