The Unique Benefits of this Casita
My casita has a greenbelt for a backyard, and a cul-de-sac in the front yard. The neighborhood is extremely quiet. The golf course is behind the casitas across the street (an easy walk) and the Rec. center is about a mile away. The Oakbrook pool is 50 yards outside the patio door and it hosts potluck dinners on Wednesday evening. The casita has a split floor plan with two large bedrooms. It has been recently remodeled with new appliances and fresh paint. Arrowhead Mall is just a few miles away for plenty of shopping and great dining. Westrook Village has two golf courses, a workout facility, and a lap pool.
