Our unit is located inside luxury complex Ikal Living, which is one of the most exclusive developments within Playacar in Playa del Carmen. This development is built on a lot of over 40,375 square feet and located in cult sac, or as they would say, in Mayan Xéla, which keeps the community private. Situated on the edge of the fairway of the Playacar golf course, the community consist of 5 buildings each 3 levels high, allowing for 1 apartment per level. The design is contemporary; our residence is designed with the finest finishings, and it consists of:

With over 26,900 square feet of common areas for your enjoyment, encompassing a designer pool. This junior Olympic pool consisting of 2 lanes for laps 25 meters long, a special children’s area, pool is heated, perfect for the cool winter days. There is also a rest area consisting of chase lounges and gazebo area. All surrounded in a lush garden setting providing natural shade and a cool ambiance.
We are connected to the municipal water system. The water is treated with a water softener by our filters as to avoid any future problems with sediment in the pipes. Residence have cisterns of 60 mts3 there are no gas connections. The kitchen, water heater and pools are all electric.
