Location, Location, Location!!!! Beautiful 2 Bedroom /2 Bath one story home on the open water. Water on three sides! Protected canal with seawall to accommodate large boat on one side. The open water (Newfound Harbor) is steps from front patio and directly in front of house. More open water on the third side of the house. House is located on 2 large lots and is at the end of the road with a personal gate. No busy traffic to deal with! Plenty of room for parking vehicles or boat trailer. This is a one story home which means that there are no stairs to deal with when bringing in luggage or groceries!
Bedrooms: TWO queen beds in bedroom #1 and ONE king bed in bedroom #2. Will comfortably sleep 6. Air mattresses could be used in living area if needed. There are plenty of extra linens and blankets. Both bedrooms have televisions and are completely furnished.
Bathrooms: Two full baths. One bathroom connects to bedroom #1 (2-queen beds). It has a large walk-in shower. Second bathroom is just outside bedroom #2 (king).
Extras: Full kitchen, utility room with full size washer and dryer, outside shower, hammocks to hang in the many palm trees, dining room table will accommodate 8 people. Step outside and right into the water for some snorkeling, kayaking, or swimming.
Patio: Screened front porch complete with patio furniture. Enjoy the beautiful Florida Keys sunrise in the morning and shade in the afternoon. Sit and watch all of the boat action. House also has a back patio, complete with patio furniture and grill. This is the perfect grilling spot!
Location: We are only 30 minutes from Key West and 20 minutes from Marathon. World famous diving spot, Looe Key Marine Sanctuary, is only 20 minutes away by boat. Vacation and wedding destination spot to the stars, Little Palm Island, is only 5 minutes away by boat. Dolphin Marina is about a mile down the street and has boat ramps, fuel, bait, tackle, and boat rentals. We are home to some of the world's best sport fishing, here in the beautiful Florida Keys. We have it all, bottom fishing, deep-sea fishing, flats fishing, etc.

We chose this location because we can fish or dive in either the Atlantic or Gulf of Mexico. We have EASY access to both oceans. It is also close to the action down in Key West. Only 30 minutes away!! But first and foremost, we chose this location because it's beautiful, breathtaking views. Can't be beat!!!
