  We stayed here in January, and we were hooked, the great eateries close by URBAN UP burgers AWESOME, the bikes there for bike riding, the best is we were not crowed with vactioners, where we were was in a subdivision, peaceful and quite. This place offered what most of us need after long hours googling, emailing, texting, and web surfing, is real relaxation. You cant find that on ebay. So we decided to hold our special day our wedding anniversary here, since we talk about it a year ago, and our big concern was the crowds at the beach not here though. The event planner showed up, set up the canopy and chairs no problem, the photographer was very happy, as she did not have to wait to get people to move to get the photos, very private, ideal place for this type of event. But this home accomodated our guest on the outdoor patio area, and the breeze was great, everbody that attended fell in love with this home. The feeling you get when you walk in the door, is a sense of PEACE, like you are home, not like ok its just a condo or a hotel, but home. The morning walks on the beach with your coffee, soulful. So will we be back YES, but as they say in the computer world do yourself a favor, and book this place with your family, or that special one, before we crash, and cannot be rebooted back up, it is more than just a vacation, it is a place to come for PEACE, alittle heaven that you can sit back, and enjoy. Thank you to the owners for allowing us to enjoy this place, and having it furninshed with everything needed. Oh and when you do go, do not forget to order pizza, grab some chairs a glass of wine, and watch the sun set. Steven and Maira :)

  We really enjoyed this cottage. It was our first stay here and we loved it so much that we are planning to stay again when we get back to Clearwater. My husband and I were a little nervous about making our reservation online. But this experience was easy and the owners and manager were readily available to answer our questions. I am excited to be able to go back and know what to expect the next time. Thanks for such a wonderful couple of weeks and for sharing this special vacation home with us.   My boyfriend and I stayed in the cottage for a long weekend. When you think of a beach cottage this is exactly what it is!! The cottage was fully equipped with the amenities of home, actually if felt like home. It was comfortable, clean, and cozy. The location to the beach is perfect; the weather was as beautiful as our weekend at the cottage. We had an amazing time! Hopefully this is the first of many more to come. Shopping along with many fabulous restaurants are within walking distance. This is a lovely quiet part of the island. This charming beach getaway is a must!!!

  What a wonderful week! Though a quaint look to the house and cottage, the setup provided space for lots of guest coming and going throughout the week. The location is perfect for enjoying the beach, since it is so close. We were able to walk back and forth all day as needed. All of the patio seating provided lots of space for a nice little "rehearsal" dinner for our son and his soon to be wife. Renting both spaces provided the extra space needed to prepare for the dinner and for getting a bride and groom ready for their big moment on the beach. Since the wedding was just two blocks down, it ended up being the perfect spot to just walk down the street. I really don't think we needed for anything the entire week; well, except for maybe the week to not go so quickly. Our only suggestion would be to provide for another large trash can. Even with using both trash pick ups for the week, we generated lots of trash Thurs and Fri and even Saturday as we cleaned out the refrigerator. I hated leaving all of that for the new renters. I did learn later that we could have brought it to a dumpster around the corner. Not sure that is posted in the house. If not, might be helpful. All of the extra towels provided was a bonus. Knowing that now, I won't feel the need to pack all of ours next time. Thank you for a memory-filled week. We look forward to doing it again.

  My family and I spent a week in this darling Clearwater Beach home in June. We really enjoyed our stay! As with our past experience here, everything was handled very efficiently. This home is absolutely fantastic! It is situated steps from the beach. The grounds were immaculate. The flowers and plants were in bloom and beautiful. The inside of the home is very nice. The home was sparkling clean, beautifully decorated, well provisioned and comfortable. We couldn't ask for more and can't wait to return! The home is in a very nice, quiet area, yet convenient to many wonderful shops and restuarants. It was so pleasant and peaceful sitting on the patio watching the sun set over the gulf. We were very pleased with this home and the property management staff were exceptionally nice and helpful. We will definitely make this a vacation spot in the future. Would highly recommend this house and cottage combo for anyone wanting to enjoy crystal clear waters and white sandy beaches in a private, lovely neighborhood!

  This was the perfect place to stay for our family vacation. The location was great. The house was perfect. It was truly home away from home. The house was clean and obviously well maintained; the beds were comfortable, and every amenity was available. The beach was a short walk across the street; almost private most days. We would recommend this house and the adjoining cottage to anyone looking for a quiet, relaxing get away. Outdoor courtyard and patio areas great to take in some sun, read a book, or just take in the peace and quiet. Close to Pier 60 and quaint shopping area. Love Frenchy's and Cooter's Restaurants. 5 stars to Gondolier's Italian Restaurant. Pizza is awesome! The Marina has so many options of boat rides. The Dolphin encounters are amazing. And other family members really enjoyed the Pirate Sunset Boat ride.

  We have been spending our spring breaks in florida for the past 8 years, most of them being at Jax.Beach. This listing has been the only true accurate description regarding layout,location,and all amenities. the property was very clean and well maintained when we arrived. The area and neighbors are very nice. I will be recommending this property to all my friends and family who plan on visiting Clearwater Beach! and we will stay again. We had both the house and cottage for our stay .The kids had a the best sping break ever! they road bikes had picnics on the beach and spent a lot of time in town at the pier. This property and area I feel is a very family friendly place to vacation I never felt uneasy letting the kids walk or drive to town alone. No one wanted to leave!

  We had an amazing time in Clearwater during the "beach week" of our vacation. We've only ever rented condos for vacations, so we weren't sure what to expect with a house rental. Our experience could not have been more perfect. The house and cottage were exactly as advertised, and our family + friends thoroughly enjoyed themselves! The North Beach neighborhood is beautiful, and this property is literally across the street from the beach (32 steps!). My wife and I envisioned a place where the kids could come and go down to the water to their little hearts' content, and because the house is so close to the beach that's what they were able to do - morning, noon, and night (incredible nights on the beach!). Access to Pier 60 was within walking distance - our older teenage kids and their friends had so much fun going back and forth - eating at Frenchy's Rockaway for lunch and just enjoying the sights, sounds, and smells as they strolled the beach. This property had so many little extras that really made the difference. The bikes in the shed were a big hit with our older kids, and our 14-year old son became an expert at skim-boarding thanks to the boards that were available. Our 11-year old son and I had a great time building a sand castle with all the sand toys! The wireless internet was great, and the cable TV was nice for down times. All of the beds were comfortable and clean, and the climate controls were excellent. This trip was a graduation present for our 18-year old son and his friends - we came all the way from Salt Lake City, Utah to enjoy the parks in Orlando, but we added a week at Clearwater, and we're so glad we did. Our entire group absolutely loved the experience. In fact, the Villa we rented in Orlando for our 2nd week - although it was newer - was just not as cozy and comfortable as the 32-Steps house and cottage. The entire reservation process right through check-in and check-out was so easy! Our week at Clearwater tops the list as one of our "best-ever" vacations. Thanks to Dana and the housekeeping crew who made it so great!

  Recommended for: Families with young children, families with teenagers, romantic getaway, sightseeing, age 55+, tourists without a car, people with disabilities, adventure seekers, girls getaway.

  My family and I recently stayed at this lovely home for one fabulous vacation! We can't say enough about this adorable one story home just steps away from the clear, warm waters of Clearwater Beach. The house is on a quiet street, yet is still very close to everything you'd want to see in Clearwater and Dunedin. One thing that sets this house apart is that it also has what could be used as an in-law suite/cottage. It is adorable and is right across one of the nicely manicured patios and gardens found directly behind the house. The owners were extremely accommodating allowing for a later check-in. The high-tech locks made it possible for us to arrive anytime, and convenient for our kids to get in and out easily during our stay. They take pride in this home and it shows. It's clean inside and out! The well manicured yard made the short walk to the beach even more enjoyable. Inside, the furniture and the appliances are all top notch. The bedrooms are spacious, as are the kitchen and living areas. It is rare to find furnishings this nice in a vacation rental. They also had beach chairs, bikes, beach toys and towels on the premises for us to use! The views were beautiful! We enjoyed many wonderful dinners watching the gorgeous gulf sunset, which could be seen easily from the side patio. What a value! We can't wait to go back! A safe, clean, well furnished home so close to the beach (closer than the hotels), with many extras that you don't find in other rentals. It also is on the local trolley route that will take you all over the island. What a great find! We had a fantastic experience. It goes without saying that we look forward to staying in this house again next year! Love, love, love it!!!!
