The "Beach Belle" is a comfy, home-away-from-home that puts you into a mood to unwind. Rent a boat (or bring your own) and tie it up in your back yard canal with direct bay access. Start your morning under the trees on the patio among the Bird of Paradise. Put on your sandals and walk through your private beach access to discover 10 miles of white beaches.

Later, spend your afternoons enjoying the many activities available and your evenings with exceptional island dining. Also, for intriguing desserts, sinfully close to your doorstep, visit a hideaway called the "Haye Loft." Finish each evening relaxing in the hot tub watching a crackling fire in the patio chiminea.

Decorated in a tropical fish theme, this 1600 square foot home features a split bedroom plan with a master suite (king bed and cable TV) with a walk-in closet and bath on one side of the living area, and two bedrooms (each with two twin beds) and a bath on the other side. The third bedroom offers a desk with phone/power outlets for internet access. Three dining areas include a three bar stool counter, a breakfast area and a dining table and china cabinet. The laundry room is large with an extra refrigerator. A "doggie door" gives your dog access to the fenced back yard. NEW! by summer 2005, a two car garage for all your beach and vacation toys.

Activities include private beach access, boat tie-up (our canal is directly connected to the Intra Coastal Waterway). From the "Beach Belle" stroll to four-star restaurants and an award winning 40-acre nature park (pets allowed). Shop at the internationally acclaimed St. Armands Circle. Touch stingrays at Mote Marine Aquarium. Attend live theater, ballet and opera performances. Go to the Ringling Museum of Art, Palm Avenue’s fine arts galleries and the Towles Court artist colony.

You are one hour from visiting Busch Gardens, Ybor City, seeing the Tampa Bay Bucs, and shopping at the new International Mall. You are two and half hours from Disney World, MGM and Universal Studios, and Sea World. Go super casual and drive five minutes North to Bradenton Beach with its large public beaches, lively beach bars, steel drum music, tiki huts, seafood restaurants, parasailing, fishing docks and Caribbean style shops.
