You really cannot beat the location of the Park Avenue Condominiums, located beside the golf course, and walking distance from Payday, First Time and Eagle Lifts at Park City Mountain Resort. Cozily tucked away off of Park Avenue, you can walk to the local market, Starbucks, or some of the best Ski Shops in Park City, including Jan's and Cole Sport. There are 2 new shared hot tubs, and a heated pool and sauna located directly across from the unit. The Nordic track runs right past your door and world class golfing and skiing are steps away.

If you would like to explore the rest of Park City the free bus line stops steps from your front door, where you can easily get to The Canyons or Deer Valley Resort to experience the wide variety of ski and snowboarding terrain Park City offers. Historic Main Street is a quick bus ride or walk down Park Avenue, where you can stroll, eat, and shop to your hearts content. If chasing powder stashes in Jupiter Bowl is not enough to get your adrenaline going, the outlet Malls and beautiful new Redstone Village are only a bus ride away to soothe your inner shopaholic.

The skiing is great and now with the new Squatters brew pub, you can walk across the street and grab a beer or sandwich. We love the Municipal Golf Course as well. The pool is especiaally nice in the summer. Main St is also a just a short walk.

I purchased the 2 bedroom unit upstairs(78537) with my family in 2005 and we now manage this 1 bedroom unit for the owners downstairs. We live in Park City and love the beauty and peacefulness of Park City. It is a small city in the mountains without the crime and stress of a real city. It is paradise.

Great Comfortable Condo

We stayed here for almost a week with our two kids. Condo was great, extremely comfortable, well-equipped kitchen (we cooked most of our meals) and laundry right across from the condo. Most importantly, the condo was really clean! Can't beat the location, with the grocery store and pharmacy right across the street, Park City Mountain Resort just up the street and Deer Valley 10 minutes away. Jeff is extremely helpful, patient with our questions and gave us great service ... we were bugging him on Christmas Eve! We will definitely be staying again next year!

I stay for about a week during March 2011. I booked several months in advance. Jeff was great. No hassles. Apt was exactly as expected, clean, fully equipped one bedroom on ground floor w/ covered parking; pool, hot tub and laundry steps away. A short free bus ride to the slopes at Park City Mountain. Being late in the season, I was able to drive the half mile and park in the lot at the base of the mountain most of the time. As part of rental info, Jeff provides good directions and tips on where to shop, eat and buy discount lift tickets. No hassle getting my security deposit refunded. All-in-all, good value and good experience. I would stay there again.

Great stay at this condo - it is so well placed for everything you need, from the free shuttle buses that stop right outside, to the 24 hour grocery store across the street! Jeff was extremely helpful with questions, info and logistics. We made most of our meals there and the kitchen was well equiped. Splurged at the Talisker Restaurant on main St - fabulous. Very comfortable bed. Nice hot shower. Was a little confusing knowing which remote and what buttons for the TV/satelite, but we eventually figured it out! The keyless entry was extremely convenient and the pool/hot tub just a few steps away was a welcome bonus! We did not have a vehicle - and definitely didn't need one - Park City is so well set up with free transit running regularly for about 21 hours a day! The guys at Utah Ski & Golf were SO great, friendly and helpful - we rented everything online in advance at a great discount. We enjoyed dog-sledding and snowmobiling with Rocky Mountain Recreation who pick up and drop off from the condo - very convenient! Nearby/walking distance conveniences such as: large grocery store, Blockbusters, liquor store, Rite Aid, sports shops, burger king (!) This was our first visit to Utah and we loved it - the skiing is amazing, the scenery breathtaking - we'll be back!

We enjoyed our stay here, walkable to the grocery store and many other places. The master bedroom is very nice with comfy bed and good closets. The kitchen/living room is cozy with gas fireplace, tv, and pull out couch. Hot tub and pool are a VERY short walk (1 minute) with excellent views. Easy parking and close to shuttle routes. Professional management. We enjoyed it.

My husband and I spent five days here early in the fall. We were perfectly comfortable and found the kitchen well equipped. The bedroom (very comfortable bed) overlooks a small atrium, making it very quiet at night. The layout of the unit is great—including really good closet space, unusual in a small place—and the location couldn’t be better. The free bus that travels all around Park City is just a few steps from the front door, as is the town golf course, the pool, tennis courts, and great shopping. You can hop on the bus to be at Park City Mountain Resort in a minute or two or do it in five minutes on foot. The location and bus service meant we were able to do without a car, although the unit does provide a carport.
