Because of its central location and views, our building is one of the most desirable in all of St Pete beach and we felt this large (almost 1,300 sq ft) corner unit with spectacular views could become the premier 2 bedroom unit for the entire beach. We have completely renovated it in a style and quality that is way above the average seasonal rental condo. This greatly upgraded unit is still very competitively priced.
