Our cottage has two bedrooms and an upstairs sleeping loft. Sleeps eight and has everything you need for a wonderful relaxing vacation. A large living room with cathedral ceilings provides excellent space for lounging. The lot has several large shade trees.
The cottage is located at the south end of Torch Lake on Torch River. Just a short boat ride from your back yard to beautiful Torch Lake. Two large decks for outdoor relaxation and watching boats gracefully make their way through the river.
Experience Torch Lake's crystal clear waters, sandy bottoms and gorgeous sunsets. Recognized by National Geographic as one of the three most beautiful lakes in the world. It is located on the "Chain of Lakes" with several lakes and rivers connected and navigable. Torch Lake is so beautiful due to its unique color, a mixture of greens, blues, and turquoise. Very similar to the Caribbean.
The surrounding communities offer a wide variety of artistic and cultural pursuits, excellent shopping and antiquing, along with a large assortment of restaurants, allowing you to explore many historic, picturesque, and quaint villages and towns.
Rent by the Week; Sat to Sat Memorial Day to Labor Day. Bed linens provided, please bring your own towels.

Why the Owner Chose Torch River
To gain access to the Northwestern part of Michigan, a place we have always enjoyed traveling to during our life. We also wanted to start a rental business so this seemed like a natural fit for us.
The Unique Benefits of this Cabin
The serenity of this part of the State provides for a very relaxing get away. The beauty of Torch Lake literally takes your breath away. We enjoy being close to nature and being on the water.
