High ceilings with two fans keep the home cool even on those hottest summer days. The large back yard has numerous fruit trees and plenty of room to relax and have fun. A barbeque and outdoor furniture are on the patio.
A 2 minute walk down the street takes you to the beach, and few more minutes will take you to the shops and world-class dining of Point Lonsdale's main street. Explore the rock pools and the Lighthouse or take a swim at the family-friendly beach. The fishing town of Queenscliff is a short drive (or walk!) away. There you can enjoy a picnic at the park, fish off the pier or take the car ferry across the bay for a day trip.
