The finished walkout basement offers a full entertainment bar, Family Room with futon & TV, Kitchen and laundry room.
The beachside of the home has a small amount of steps leading to a sandy beach with a large dock to fish on and dock your boat at.
There is also a beach fire pit surrounded by chairs for a full viewing of the evening stars.
