Your condominium features porcelain tile throughout, granite kitchen counters, and crown molding defines the 10'8' volume ceilings! We affectionately refer to our home as “Our Florida Escape.' From your lanai you have a relaxing view of the Water Garden and Quiet Pool.
Not only is it NEW but it is professionally decorated and has porcelain tile throughout. The living room sofa and chairs are big and comfortable. For your enjoyment is a 50" flat screen TV in the Living Room and flat screen TV's in both the Master and Guest Suites. The 20 ft. living room has a sleeper sofa.
There is lots of dining seating with 4 at the dining table, 2 more at the breakfast bar, and seating for 4 on the lanai! With convenient High-speed wireless Internet access plus WI-FI at the Internet Café you can stay connected if you desire. This tastefully designed residence will not disappoint you.
Bonita Village enjoys a superb central location! You can have your feet in the warm sands of Bonita Beach in as little as 180 seconds, or be shopping at Coconut Point Mall, South Florida’s largest new mall, in 10 minutes. Delightful dining is available in all directions. One can walk to over 20 restaurants in season. Be it beaches, boating, outdoor sports or a host of other fun-filled activities you will find it close by.
Enjoy a day in the well marked backwaters of Hickory Bay and surrounding estuaries. Whether just sightseeing or serious fishing you find it a beautiful place to spend a day! We are avid fishermen and can share places and methods to make your fishing trips successful. There are some guided tours too if you want to relax and let a local show you the way.
The Bonita Village lifestyle will fit any mood from socializing at the Resort Pool, exercising in the Cybex Gym, a little free beach therapy, or just plain taking it easy! Why the Owner Chose Bonita Beach
Family members have enjoyed Southwest Florida for several years and we were fortunate to enjoy their place at Bonita Village and the area before buying. Bonita Village fit our vacation criteria because it had two pools and a Beach Shuttle. Also, the Resort Pool had a beach entry, a waterfall with a nice tropical atmosphere. Best of all, The Groggy Frog, which is the poolside Chickee, is a great place to meet people and enjoy catered fare everyday in season. We thought this would be a great place to rent as well. We invite you to come and enjoy what we like about Southwest Florida, Bonita Beach, and Bonita Village. Cheers!
