"Great Vacation" Location Exceeded Expectations

We had an incredible 10 days in Florida. However, in our travels this was our favorite propety! We started in Orlando for 3 days and finished in Naples for 7 days. Our kids and us had more fun here than at Disney. The pristine beach was an easy walk and the kids loved the Ice Cream parlor we had to walk by each afternoon. My wife loved the shopping... again, all with in walking distance! (A little too much) I really enjoyed sitting in the Screened Lanai (Porch) with my wife and a glass of wine watching the boats coming in and out of the marina... Great View! The family that owns this Condo made sure everything was here when we arrived. Upon arrival it was extremely clean and stocked with all the items we needed for a Great Time. We are looking forward to coming back again very soon! PS If you like Seafood try Kelly"s Fish House right across the street.

Recommended for:Adventure seekers, girls getaway, sightseeing, families with young children, romantic getaway, age 55+, families with teenagers, tourists without a car.

Great Trip

We retuned recently from a great trip to Naples and Beau Mer. We enjoyed our stay in this condo very much. The choices made when remodeling were perfect. The location was great for what we wanted to do. We were within walking distance to many restaurants, shopping, and the water. The condo had everything we needed and when we had questions the owner was a phone call away. We hope to return again next year. We enjoyed the Bam Bam Shrimp at Bonefish and the bigger than life size screen at Tavern on the Bay for the bowl games.

A Week in Naples

We just returned from a week at the Beau Mer in Naples, and are very sad to be back! The condo was perfect for our family (me, my husband, and twin 9 month olds) as it was laid out nicely and was plenty of room for a family of four. We loved spending time on the screened in patio and even on the front porch overlooking the pool. The condo was furnished nicely and everything was new and clean. We enjoyed spending time at the pool, but unfortunately, babies in diapers are not allowed to get in! A kind neighbor lent us a baby pool though, which solved the problem. The property is close to shops and restaurants, and we walked down 5th Avenue every morning for a trip to the coffee shop and to look at the beach. A fun discovery was the water taxi which only costs $5 and does a 45 minute loop to several of the restaurants in the area, we got on at Kelly's Fish House! It was a fantastic visit and we look forward to going again next year!

Recommended for:Families with young children, age 55+, tourists without a car.

We truly enjoyed the location of this condo as there was so much to do within walking distance. The unit has a great floor plan and is very nicely decorated. We felt right "at home". The heated pool was great. The owners, Jim & Maria, were very accomodating. We would highly recommend this rental unit for a person who likes to be close to the action.

Happy New Year, James. Let me take this opportunity to thank you for the use of your condo during the holidays, my family and i had an absolutely wonderful time. I must tell you that not only was the condo all that you claimed it would be in your write-up, but it was clean and classy and very, very comfortable. My wife and I commented on more than one occasion how much nicer your condo was to those being rented by some of our friends. There is nothing I would change, nothing I would recommend to you in order to improve. It was, in a word, fantastic. Thank you so much.
