The views are outstanding from this lovely house on the hill! From the top deck or living room enjoy panoramic views of the Collegiate Peaks and Salida's "S" mountain. Majestic Vista is a great escape to the good life. Come to kick back, relax and enjoy the scenery, hit the biking trails or even get inspired to "bag a peak"! Majestic Vista is easily accessible to highway 50 and situated just south of the Salida Hot Springs pool (perfect after a mountain bike ride or a ski day at Monarch) and is a brief drive or bike ride to historic downtown Salida and it's many shops, galleries and cafes.
The home offers two separate living areas, a main and lower level, with seperate entrances. It's great for those multi family or friend trips with plenty of space for everyone! The main floor has two bedrooms with Queen size beds and the upstairs Master Bedroom is very roomy with a Queen bed and large bathroom/dressing room area. The lower level "bedroom" is a large rec room with adjacent bath which comfortably sleeps 4 or more on 2 single convertable chairs (great for kids!) and 1 Queen sofa sleeper. There is an additional roll-away cot and sleeping pads for the big slumber party!
The kitchen opens to a deck with fabulous views of Mount Shavano and the Sawatch Range. It is well equipped for family meals with a spacious dining table that seats 10. The main floor living room has a gas fireplace, leather sofa/love seat and TV with dish/DVD and VCR. Wireless internet. The downstairs living area also has a TV with satellite options and a selection of movies.
All vacation homes in the Pinon collection are "vacation ready" with a fully appointed kitchen, towels and linens. Hand, dish and shower soaps are provided as well as tp, trash bags and coffee filters. Bring your own laundry detergent, paper products (paper towels, napkins) and toiletries.
Three night minimum is preferred, however, two nights may be available upon approval with a $40 cleaning fee. Two night stays will not be scheduled over two weeks in advance during High Season and Holidays. Owners reserve the right to accept or refuse three night stays during High Season and Holidays. NO PETS are permitted.
Rates are based on eight person occupancy. Add $10 per person per night over 8 people. Extended stay rates are available subject to owner use and availability. Please read rental policies (tab at bottom of page).$45 applies towards the cleaning cost and covers accidental damage protection up to $1500. For stays of less than 3 nights, the other half of the cleaning fee will be charged ($40). Visa or Master Card accepted with a 2.9% fee, or pay by check.
Rental agreements must be signed and returned by email or mail at time of reservation.
Cancellation Policy A reservation may be cancelled more than 30 days prior to check-in but may be subject to a $75 cancellation fee. Sorry, no refunds will be given for reservations cancelled less than 30 days prior to check-in unless the unit can be re-rented for the same dates, or, in some cases at manager's discretion, you move your reservation to another date.
