Minimum rental period is 3 months, maximum is 11 months.
October-December .. $2000/month.
January-April ..... $2950/month.
May-September ..... $1700/month.
Electric, Phone, Cable, Condo Association rental fee of $100.00 and
a cleaning fee of $250.00 are the responsibility of the lessee. A
security deposit of $2500.00 is required.
