This condo and condominium complex has all the amenities. Beside everything you would want in a condo, the complex has a big pool, Jacuzzi, pool table, exercise room, tennis court, and sauna. Tucson is almost always warm to hot. Since I have been here it has only snowed once in five years in the city and that was like an inch of snow. It’s almost always sunny and bright and the nearby mountains are rugged and beautiful.
The Sabino Canyon area of Tucson is probably the most beautiful area of all Tucson with the rugged mountains to the North that change colors depending on the time of day and whether there are any clouds or significant weather building. The complex is peaceful and relaxing, with a variety of birds to watch and other wild life. I have seen rabbits, wild pigs and a mountain lion (only once.) Most of the animals are out in the cool of the morning.
Sabino Canyon National Park offers much in the way of hiking, and there are several creeks to hike along. Many ride bicycles in the area.

Year Purchased: 2006
Born and raised in California, I am a traveling engineer all over the country and to several others. I grew up in the central valley of California in farm country and triple digit heat. Didn't know what I was missing until I spent a few years in colder climates and came back and decided I much rather have the heat then the cold. A job brought me to Tucson, and I found I liked the dry warmth and heat, the rural feel of the people and the big city amenities.
Why the Owner Chose Sabino Canyon Clusters
There will come a day when I will retire and I like Tucson. The Sabino Canyon area is probably the best area of Tucson. It slightly removed from the city proper so the traffic is light in comparison. It has beautiful rugged hills and mountains all around. It has the best schools in Tucson and the people here take pride in their community. I just really enjoyed the beauty and peace that goes with the place.
The Unique Benefits of this Condominium
There are two central air conditioners so if you and your company have different body temp types you have what you want for temperature on your side of the condo and it will average out in the middle. There is a television and DVD player in every room, as well as about 100 channels of cable television. High speed cable internet is provided with a Wi-Fi router for multiple hard wire computer use or wire free internet. Household items such as towels, linens and kitchenware, so all you need to do is bring your overnight bag, clothes and the food you want to eat.
