A great escape for the whole family, visit our spacious home with breathtaking views of Schweitzer Mountain. Let the kids explore the property’s ten acres (in the winter months, sled right from the lower deck!), or enjoy the many activities and excursions nearby.
The home is located just one mile from The Idaho Club, Jack Nicklaus' signature golf course. Downtown Sandpoint, with its shops, restaurants, and galleries is just minutes away, and skiers will appreciate the seven-mile proximity to Schweitzer Mountain Road. (Boat slips, as well as golf and ski packages, can be arranged upon request.) There is also an abundance of hiking, biking, and snowmobile trails in the immediate area, and Silverwood Theme Park is less than an hour away.
After your active day, enjoy the view from the large decks, curl up by one of the wood stoves, or relax in the large spa. This recently updated home has all the amenities for your comfort and enjoyment, including new furnishings, appliances, and flat screen televisions. Movies, games, and books are also well stocked.
Your entire group can be accommodated comfortably, as the home contains two master bedrooms with king beds, a third bedroom with a bunk bed (full bottom, twin top), a game room with a sleeper sofa, and a second sleeper sofa downstairs. Even two of the ottomans contain hidden cots!
As a BONUS, a separate in-law unit may be rented in conjunction with the main house. It contains a queen bed in the loft, and a sleeper sofa in the living room. The separate unit has its own garage and includes all the amenities of the main house.
