  This was a GREAT place to stay overall. Great location next to fabulous beaches! Some really nice little touches that made the stay great. For example, coffee filters provided (may have been left over from a previous guest,) laundry detergent (again maybe from a previous guest, but allowed us to wash towels and all before we left to help the cleaning crew out,) ziplock bags provided, salt and pepper provided. Bar soap for the shower. Just the little things like that made a difference. Beach chairs, water noodles, snorkle equipement, etc. The kitchen was totally stocked with every appliance or utensil that you could need. There's a grocery store close by with everything and a little shopping center (shopping center is within walking distance) with a nice whole foods kind of store. Nice variety of DVD movies, though "Open Water" was a questionable vacation movie to have. Just kidding. Just a couple of things to think about (not criticism's. Just things I didn't think about prior to my stay.) 1. 4th floor penthouse = 4 flights of stairs every time you come and go and carry stuff up (luggage, groceries, etc!) 2. No air conditioning. In April was NOT an issue, but we were asked to close the windows whenever we left due to unpredictable rain. Not unusual to come home to a HOT condo in the afternoon due to windows being shut all afternoon. Just forced us to have dinner on the lanai which was GREAT! (and cooler.) The place cooled down quickly after opening all windows and doors and had a nice cross breeze. 3. Curtains were a little moldy. We didn't leave the doors open at night b/c we didn't want the mold blowing on us. 4. No bathtub. Only a shower. Not a big deal for my husband and me, but did not go over well with our 5 yo daughter. 5. My 5yo daughter accidentally found a dirty steak knife in the couch cushions which made us question the cleaning crew, but didn't hurt anything. Just be careful. Overall a great place. GREAT location. The Beach House restaurant was good. The pool area was nice and clean. GREAT pool! Can't complain about a thing. ps. My daughter loved the green blanket in the back bedroom and almost snuck it home it was soooo soft!

  Recommended for: Families with teenagers, romantic getaway, girls getaway, tourists without a car, adventure seekers.

  Pam, Your condo is WONDERFUL! I'm sure you hear this all of the time, but we really mean it! Our kids did not want to leave. Thank you, and hopefully we'll be able to visit again--soon. Heidi

  Aloha Pam, Just wanted to send you a BIG thank you for a wonderful trip. We had such a great time. The baby beaches were perfect for our little guy. We just loved your condo. It had all the conveniences of home and more. From eating breakfast out on the lanei with the beautiful ocean view to falling asleep at night with the sounds of the waves and the wind in the palm trees, everything was perfect! Since coming home, we especially miss hearing the waves at night! We hope to visit again soon! Mahalo again, Kellie, Richard, and Little Nicholas
