Welcome to our Penthouse Condo with an ocean view from every room. Our goal was to create the most comfortable living space for our own vacations. You will stay our comfy spot 'above it all' in this spacious, fourth floor, non-Smoking complex with two bedrooms (each with a queen bed), huge living room, and an oversized private ocean view lanai.

Offering unsurpassed privacy for your romantic honeymoon our home away from home is also perfectly suited for families with children featuring over 400 sq.ft. of private lanai for the little ones to run. While not a sofa sleeper, the large sectional will comfortably sleep two small children. There is a fully-equipped kitchen along with a full-size washer and dryer right in the unit.

The Price Kuhio complex features beautifully manicured tropical grounds with a beautiful swimming pool, large barbecue area with both gas and charcol barbeques, and the kids love the Koi ponds. The adjacent parking garage has a public roof top mini golf course for only $5 per person to play.

Located across the street from two fun-filled beaches where you can observe large sea turtles, beached monk seals and seasonal migrating whales. Just about two miles down Poipu Road is the popular Poipu Beach and adjacent Brenneke's Beach with a secluded shallow, sandy cove for young children, lawned picnic area's, life guards and a children's play ground. There is even a mini-mart/deli across the street in case you forgot lunch! About a mile up Lawai Road you pass several specatcular sights including incredible tropical gardens, open for guided tours and at the end of road is the famous "Spouting Horn" attraction and small open air shopping.

  • Aloha Pam, Just wanted to send you a BIG thank you for a wonderful trip. We had such a great time. The baby beaches were perfect for our little guy. We just loved your condo. It had all the conveniences of home and more. From eating breakfast out on the lanei with the beautiful ocean view to falling asleep at night with the sounds of the waves and the wind in the palm trees, everything was perfect!
