The residents have access to over seventy five clubs, three large club houses, two state of the art fitness centers, two 18 hole regulation golf courses (among the best rated in the valley), a full size 18 hole putting course with manicured grass greens. There is a theatre, library, restaurants and even a post office, along with all the many other amenities that are listed. You will not be just renting a house. You will be renting an exciting, fun filled, resort lifestyle.
The house is tastefully decorated and has a covered patio facing south. It is an ideal breakfast spot to catch that early morning sun. You will be able to enjoy the outstanding views and watch the golfers on hole #2. The cart path is on the opposite side of the fairway so it is very quiet. The master bedroom has a large walk-in closet, and the master bath is very large with dual sinks. Most rooms have ceiling fans. Most all of the appliances are new, the interior has all been freshly painted and the counters are new granite slabs.
