Beautifully appointed, newly decorated, two bedroom, two bath, Non-Smoking home (veranda model) is located in family-oriented Bethany Beach, Sea Colony West.
Community consists of one-half mile of private beach, 12 pools (two indoor), 34 tennis courts (rated by Tennis Magazine as one of the top 50 Greatest USA Tennis Resorts in the nation and the fourth in "Best Bargain," walking and biking trails, community tram, 24-hour security, Fitness Center, and numerous organized activities from toddlers through adults.
Our Sea Colony condo is silver rated, surrounded by Teal Lake. We are centrally located between the Tennis Facility and Fitness Center. There is an outdoor pool on our corner.
Our unit has a master bedroom with a king bed and full bath. The second bedroom is on the opposite end of the unit with two twin beds and full bath. There is a queen sofa bed in the living room. We also have a roll out bed and a portable crib. There is a fully equipped kitchen including a dishwasher. There is also a washer and dryer. Our condo is very kid friendly, containing many games, books and videos.

Why the Owner Chose Sea Colony
Sea Colony is an ideal family vacation spot. Our unit surrounded by lake on three sides. There are walking and bike trails and multiple outdoor pools with one conveniently located on our corner. There are many activities for children while the adults can play tennis, use the fitness center or just sit and relax with a good book.
The Unique Benefits of this Condominium
We are on a quiet street away from traffic surrounded by the beauty of Teal Lake, centrally located between the Tennis Facility and Fitness Center. "Grandma's Beach House" is kid-friendly with many toys/games, books and videos. Sea Colony has numerous organized activities for children including a camp, arts and crafts, swimming lessons, soccer, etc. Our unit is comfortably appointed to sleep 7.
