This fabulous home is located in Valley of the Sun between Fairplay and Hoosier Pass which is less than 20 minutes from Breckenridge Ski Resort. The cozy but roomy 4 bedroom and 3 bath home is located on 4.5 wooded acres overlooking the snow-capped mountain peak to the North and West. The home overlooks 4 "fourteener" mountains which provide a beautiful backdrop from the large wrap-around porch. The 4.5 acre lot is heavily wooded with spruce, aspen, and pine trees. There is a spacious living area with a wood-burning stove open to the large dining area and kitchen. There are 2 bedrooms on the main level with a large bathroom which has a tub and a shower. Both of these bedrooms have queen-size beds. Upstairs is a very large master suite with a king size bed and full bathroom. The master has a private balcony overlooking the wooded acreage and custom croquet golf course. There is also fourth bedroom upstairs with bunk beds. One bedroom has a full-size bed and the other has 2 twin beds. The downstairs level has a full game room with a custom bar, ping-pong table, big screen TV and 2 sofas. There is also a third full bath downstairs. The home has a one car attached garage and workroom off of the garage. The beautiful backyard has a fire pit and accommodations and hookups for an RV or camper.

This home is in the heart of all outdoor activities in the Rocky Mountains. In the Fall you will be in the heart of some of the most amazing aspen groves around. There are plenty of scenic views to stop at and admire the gorgeous aspen leaves turning golden orange and yellow. You will also be only 45 minutes from world-class mountain biking in Breckenridge and Keystone and 45 minutes from Buena Vista with the best whitewater rafting in Colorado. If hiking to a ghost town sounds like fun, you will be in the right place. Nearby Boreas Pass and Alma offer mining ghost towns to hike to. Buena Vista is the location of the famous ghost town of St. Elmo. Whatever your outdoor hobby may be, you will be close. The best fishing in Colorado includes the nearby Jefferson Lake, Tarrayall Reservoir, Lake Antero, Lake George, and Eleven-Mile Reservoir. As for shopping you can choose from the antique stores in nearby Como, Fairplay, and Buena Vista or the outlet malls in Silverthorne.

This home was purchased for the fabulous location and view of the surrounding mountains and the continental divide. It is isolated but yet near world-class skiing and shopping. It is so centrally located that is is near almost anything you can think of.
