Your boat trailer can be parked in front of the duplex or at the Key Colony Beach municipal boat trailer lot for a small fee. A boat ramp is also nearby. There is also a marina a quarter mile from the duplex, where you can purchase fuel, bait and fishing supplies. The marina also has several stores and a restaurant.
