We stayed here at the end of October and simply loved our stay. Such a clean, stylish, well thought out, mid-century gem. The furnishings are the best, the owners are gracious and thought of everything. We had the complex to ourselves it seemed and loved every minute. The pool and spa area are fabulous. It's close to town so going out is easy but when you get back it's your own private oasis. We hope to go back often. Beautiful, relaxing, comfortable, chic. What more can you ask!

If you appreciate Mid Century Modern architecture you will LOVE this remodeled Garden Villa. The photos don't do justice to the beautiful finishes and furniture. Walls of glass open to the patio. Enjoy the spectacular mountain views and, at night, you see the lights at the top of the Tram!! Beautiful grounds, pool and hot tub area complete this small gated comunity. It's very quiet and relaxing. We stayed for the month of November and we have already confirmed our future reservations for many more relaxing months to come. The location is only mintues to down town Palm Springs. The owners are very welcoming and helpful with any questions. We give it a FIVE PLUS STAR rating of excellence!!

My boyfriend and I spent a week in the condo in October 2011 and we loved it. The kitchen is great, we were able to prepare meals easily, everything we needed was there. The bed was really comfortable and the dual AC systems kept the condo nice and cool. We were just a few minutes from all of the action on N. Palm Canyon Drive in Palm Springs, even closer to the aerial tram, and we could get to all of the golf courses we wanted to play easily by hopping on nearby CA-111. We practically had the pool to ourselves the entire time and the community was really quiet. Loved the decor in the unit and while watching Mad Med on Netflix in the living room, I felt transported back in time. :) Would definitely stay here again.

We spent a month at the condo & thoroughly enjoyed our time. The mid-century design-right down to the furnishings & artwork-was a real treat for us to experience. The owners' many books & magazines on mid-century modernism added to our leaning curve. The home has been completely renovated. The sleek new kitchen is well equipped & has high end appliances. Other pluses were: -a comfortable bed -lots of closet & drawer space -great sound system throughout with an extensive & eclectic CD selection -lots of light -windows everywhere with adjustable blinds for privacy & light adjustment -great enclosed patio complete with night lighting -dual air conditioning -beautifully kept, lush grounds -fruit trees -lovely pool & spa -very quiet -friendly neighbors -ideal location with easy access to all the major arteries. The owners were pleasant to deal with & responded quickly. We saw & did many things in Palm Springs, but always enjoyed coming back to the condo to relax in such a great atmosphere.

We stayed for 9 days and loved the condo. It was fully equipped and spotless, renovated tastefully and furnished with a very mid century vibe. The complex is well maintained -lush and quiet as it is not a huge complex. The owners are very accomodating and responsive and we would definitely stay here again.Very Palm Springs down to a great assortment of books on the history and architecture.
