“Bella Vista” is a new oceanfront home with a panoramic view of the nearby islands and the many fishing boats and yachts cruising to and from Spanish Wells. The house is situated on a private point less than 50 feet from the tranquil sea where it enjoys a year-round tropical breeze. This is a great place to relax, swim, snorkel, fish and generally get away from it all. The fishing village of Spanish Wells (5-10 min by golf cart) is anything but "touristy". It is the kind of place where people are self-sufficient but will make you feel very welcome. While it has pink sand beaches which are practically deserted, it also has all the necessities - like a supermarket, doctor, stores, internet cafe etc. We often buy fresh fish and lobster, conch salad etc. from the local fishermen. For gourmet restaurants, head to Harbour Island (30 min by ferry).
The master bedroom has a queen bed and private bathroom with walk-in shower. The upstairs has two bedrooms - one with a queen and another with both a bunk-bed and twin. Each bedroom has an AC unit when the cooling, ocean breezes are not sufficient. The upstairs shares a large bathroom as well as a common area with TV, DVD and Playstation 2. The first floor contains a gourmet kitchen that is fully equipped with stainless steel appliances, dishwasher etc. The main floor also contains a flat screen TV and DVD as well as a bar area with ice machine.
With a fresh mango daiquiri in your hand, you will never tire of watching the boats go by, the sunsets and the Milky Way.
