This gated community provides great golfing on an Arnold Palmer signature golf course. All of the other amenities that one would expect of a five star resort are included in the rental. There are five Har-Tru tennis courts, resort swimming pool, work out room, men's and women's locker rooms, pro-shop, neighborhood swimming pool and lots of other activities. The club house provides both fine and casual dining.
This first floor completely furnished condo has 2030 square feet of living area. The 500 square foot rap-around lanai overlooks the 12th fairway and is connected to the master suite and the breakfast nook. There are two bedrooms with a queen bed in the master suite, a double bed in the guest bedroom, two full bathrooms and a den with a built in computer desk. There are two TV's (living area and den) with cable provided by Comcast. The unit also includes a two-car integral garage with separate entry.
The condo includes all of necessities of home including a washer/dryer, electric range, dishwasher, refrigerator and central air conditioning.

Downtown Naples provides some of the best shopping and dining in Southwest Florida and is also easily reachable in 15 minutes. NLCC is 3 miles from I-75 on Collier Blvd. only 20 minutes from Marco Island.
