This unit has brand new bathrooms and paint, new beds, new Refrigerator a private washer and dryer only for guest usage, and TV's in the Living Room, and both bedrooms. It has a sleeper sofa so 6 can sleep comfortably in the unit. Horizons West Units are all meticulously maintained for their Rental Program.
It is one of the few units at Horizons West with a true Patio. You will love sipping coffee on the AM and enjoying the cool morning air.
Horizons West is immaculately maintained. Pavers are used all throughout the property, and the private roads are lined with Palm Trees.
Siesta Key is beautiful! Because of tight zoning, there is practically no "Commercial" outlets on the island. It has a variety of Restaurants, Nightclubs and Shopping in the Village. It has a "Locals Only" kind of feel, without being in any way exclusive. The beach is World Famous- it is always amongst the top 5 in the world in all Surveys. Once you come here once, everything about the Siesta Key lifestyle will grow on you.

We enjoy the Pool right on the Beach, and a beautiful hot tub. It is an ideal place for Running, Biking, Fishing, Swimming, Kayaking. Siesta Key is also one of the most amazing walking beaches in the world! The Beach is 3 miles end to end, so a 6 mile run or walk is a great way to spend part of your day!
