This unit has brand new bathrooms and paint, new beds, new Refrigerator a private washer and dryer only for guest usage. There is a 42" TV in the Living Room, and both bedrooms have TV And DVD Players. The unit also features Wireless and Wired Internet Access, and a Printer so you can "Work while you Play!"
B3 has a sleeper sofa so 6 can sleep comfortably in the unit. Horizons West Units are all meticulously maintained for their Rental Program.
It is one of the few units at Horizons West with a true Screened-In Patio. You will love sipping coffee on the AM and enjoying the cool morning air or having drinks as the Sun sets.
Horizons West is immaculately maintained. Pavers are used all throughout the property, and the private roads are lined with Palm Trees.

The Unique Benefits at this Condo
We enjoy the Pool right on the Beach, and a beautiful hot tub. It is an ideal place for Running, Biking, Fishing, Swimming, Kayaking. Siesta Key is also one of the most amazing walking beaches in the world! Its great for walking, collecting shells, or people watching! The Beach is 3 miles end to end, so a 6 mile run or walk is a great way to spend part of your day!
