This is a new beautifully built log sided cabin at the top of Spruce Mountain. The home features over 1500 square feet of wrap around deck and has incredible views for hundreds of miles. The 3 bedroom cabin has sliding glass doors in each bedroom for private patio access. This cabin is a great place to spend quality time with both family and friends. We also have quad rentals we share between 2 of our rentals so if your interested please don't wait to lock them down. This cabin provides access to forest trails that lead all over Prescott and as far as Lake Pleasant. We often ride from Lake Pleasant to Crown King where we stop for lunch and to play some pool. Crown King is about a 2.5 hours from the cabin. You will only travel a couple of miles on pavement. Riding from the cabin to Crown King and back is a great day trip.
This home is equipped with direct tv and has the HBO , Stars and sports package. The home is very cozy and you just cannot explain how incredible the views are. The wrap around deck is just fantastic and the wildlife you see up here is great.
The cabin has built-in wall heaters in each room along with a antique wood heating stove in the great room. The wood ceilings and incredible views make this cabin a special getaway for the whole family. The hiking, biking horseback riding and atv trails make for a wonderful getaway. The temperature at this cabin rarely exceeds 78 during the summer months. You won't be disappointed.
Spring break and the summer months are right around the corner. A $250 deposit will save your dates!!!!!

- This home is a unique cabin with very low power usage. The cabin is equipped with LED and Compact flourescent lighting and uses very little power. The cabin is equipped with solar power, batteries and a large generac full home generator as back-up, with propane heat, stove and refrigerator. The home is self sufficient and is totally off the APS grid.

I am surrounded by 4 beautiful girls and a beautiful wife. We purchased this property and built the cabin as an investment and cabin rental. The cabin has been available since November 2009. We currently own 2 cabin rentals on Spruce Mountain and a home rental in N. Scottsdale / Cave Creek. We appreciate your consideration and hope you choose to rent with us. Why the Owner Chose Prescott
We chose the Prescott area for our cabin rentals because of the atmosphere surrounding this great historic city. You have everything from arts and craft shows to museums and outdoor experiences. The location thats less than 2 hours from downtown Phoenix was also a consideration. We love the Prescott area and would recommend it to anyone who is considering a vacation or a home purchase.
