- The extended living room has a sofa sleeper...Expandable Privacy door and a closet. This provides privacy for the 3rd bedroom. You'll love the Winter Park/Fraser location for skiing Winter Park/Mary Jane and Sol Vista.. bike.. snow shoe, hike, and in the fall and summer fishing in the areas beautiful lakes which include Granby Reservoir, a short distance away. Condo is convenient to everything including groceries, Safeway (less than a mile away), movie theatre, library (computers available there). Just across the street is the club house with: racquet and basketball courts, exercise equip, tennis courts for summer, hot tubs, pool, showers (towels provided in the clubhouse), and a meeting room. Also, close to lots of great restaurants. During ski season a free ski-shuttle will take you to Fraser and Winter Park downtown as well as the ski slopes.

Year Purchased: 2009
We are retired teachers. We have three grown children and two grandsons. Two of our children live in Colorado as do our grandsons. One son lives in North Carolina. All love to ski and treasure the mountains of Colorado. We are a close family and value the times we have together. We hope your stay in our home away from home will bring you many treasured memories, as well.
Why the Owner Chose Meadowridge
This is a large, comfortable cozy family atmosphere which our family enjoys a great deal. We have a fantastic view of the Winter Park Ski area from the kitchen table, livingroom sofa, and off of our deck. The clubhouse (swim pool, hot tubs, exercise facilities, raquet and basketball courts)is directly across the street, laundry facilities are next to the clubhouse, and all outdoor activities are within very close proximity. The ski shuttle stops directly in front of our unit.
The Unique Benefits of this Condo
We are just across the street from the club house, close to skiing, fishing, hiking, biking, snow shoeing, wild life viewing, rafting, snow sledding, tubing, ice skating, just relaxing in this comfortable unit, playing games, and watching movies are a few of the benefits of this property. This is a child friendly unit with lots of VHS tapes and a few DVD's. Lots of games, cards etc. for those relaxing times in front of the fireplace.
