  There were 8 adults, no children. We enjoyed the open flow from the kitchen, patio, and family room. The description was accurate. The photos were current. We did wish that the kitchen had a few more bowls, cooking pans and the dishware is nice china - next time would purchase paper products. Very clean and well maintained. The property owner was always available and prompt. I would suggest more seating furniture for the family room and some area rugs to sit on the floor. The flooring is ALL tile - very clean. The pool is perfect for less than 10 people. Very close to grocery stores, gym, movie theater, etc. I would recommend the property to others.

  As a retired senior officer with several corporations, I've experienced staying in a number of private executive residences . . . this two-month stay in Jessie's residence met or exceeded any of my previous accommodation. It was tastefully furnished providing a warm, home-like environment with all the amenities to make my stay comfortable and enjoyable. Being technically challenged, I had to call Jessie and tell her I was having problems making the DVD player work. This was on Sunday evening and in a few minutes her son arrived and walked me through the SIMPLE procedure. He was , a delightful, well-mannered young man and helped ease my considerable embarrassment. I'm looking forward to returning in a few months and I have truly found my home away from home.

  We totally enjoyed our time at this property. Jessie was wonderful and had decorated the house for Christmas. We had everything we needed and spent three fabulous days together. We want to make this property our "home away from home" for all future gatherings!!

  We had a WONDERFUL time in this house. We rented this house from July 27th to August 4th. My husband researched for two months before finding this beautiful home. We rented this house to celebrate my husband's 50th birthday. We had family come in from as far as Georgia. So convenient to the airport. We explained to the owner the purpose of this vacation. She had no problem with a small birthday party. This house was convenient to everything you could possibly need. Yes, I noticed that there wasn't much silverware, I bought a huge box of plastic cutlery for the party at Sam's which was right around the corner from the house. I was on vacation... I didn't want to be constantly doing dishes! We had plenty of towels... the washer and dryer worked great. I would never expect anyone to provide toilet paper for ten people for a week... Hello, Sams Club and WalMart was right around the corner. I had no problem cooking a spaghetti dinner for 13 people! Yes we noticed that the stairs were on the steep side, we just asked everyone to be sure to use the railings, including our two 8 year old grand-daughters. I would probably have tile on my stairs also... Hello, who wants to clean carpeting on stairs all the time? Everything was spotless, clean and perfectly decorated. The owners were very personable and helpful communicating with us and providing all phone numbers to contact them. We had no problems getting to the strip, even a show we saw... Hello, we know to allow for traffic on the strip and also at home. The pool was cleaned the day we arrived, the gardeners came twice during our vacation and always used the gate on the side of the house. It was great that the trash went two times a week so we were able to get rid of the party trash. The air conditioner worked great. I never felt that the alarm system was necessary, the neighborhood was safe. Our grand-daughters rode their bikes and scooters around the block and we felt safe. We had a great family vacation in this house and can't wait til next year to stay in this house again. If you want a five star hotel, and be catered to, perhaps you should stay in one. We think this is a five star vacation home. To the owners of this vacation home, Thank-You once again. This was a wonderfully memorable family vacation.

  Honestly I do not know where to begin...... It advertised as a fully furnished house for 10. There was only 7 bath towels in the home only utensils for 6. They only lefts 6 rolls of toilet paper for7 days for 10 people! The lady that had rented me the house originally on my aggrement said we could get in the house at 10am ok check in day. So we had out trip planned accordingly. The week before I contacted her to ask about getting house code ect she told me at tht time we couldn't get in the house till 330pm becuase she had rented it out the night before and it had to be cleaned. I get into Vegas with my family call her cell like instructed it says she's on vacation to call this other lady! Hello think you could of told me that! There was a huge whole in the ceiling front room from a water leak! They showed up on Thursday of our stay and wanted to fix it rely we had small children in the home we were afraid they woul get hurt with the contractors working Nevermind it was our vacation! The stairs are a hazard. We were there for dance nationals and my daughter fell the morning it was to begin. The steps have tile on them and are super steep. The tiles are not cleaned up on the edges so very easily to fall. One of the other moms fell in the exact same spot as my daughter and split her knee open. Ended up in urgent care with my daughter on Wednesday becuase she still couldn't walk on her toe from the fall. The first bathroom bath plug doesn't work with small kids that's a pain. The shower in the master bath wouldn't drain. There isn't even enough pots and pans to cook a Spaghetti dinner. One of the main reasons we rented this house was because of alarms On all doors leading to the pool nope not one alarm went off. Oh we were sitting in the house and the Gardner just walked in the house like it was no biggie. Hello our belongings are in the house. Thank god we were there who knows what would of ended up missing. Also Jessie sai the home was 15 min from the Flamingo hotel! Huge lie with no traffic maybe 40 min. With the normal traffic on the strip 1hr and 15 min away! Be very careful before you rent from her... We learned our lesson next time We will stay in a hotel.

  Owner response: Im very curious how if the stay was such trouble guest would wait after the fact to put all concerns to vrbo. This is very upsetting how lack of communication and honesty is written on review . I hope that all of my years working with customer relations someone could be so angry and yet stay for the complete stay and wait to get their deposit refunded to write so much . I Vrbo owner do not conduct Business this way concerning a vacation rental. Thank you

  Loved this house! We stayed at this home for a family reunion last week. The house is in a great location close to the airport, shopping and restaurants. The home is wonderfully decorated and feels warm & inviting. The kitchen is well stock with anything you could need. Everything felt clean and well kept. Our favorite spot was the patio just outside the kitchen. Great for eating breakfast outside and enjoying the weather. Having a private pool made the stay perfect for our family. Can’t wait to go back!

  What a great house! Wonderful attention to detail, comfortable, everything you need in the kitchen and around the house. Visited with my entire family. Everyone had their own bedroom. The pool was wonderful. Parked our SUV in the garage which was great. Takes only minutes to get to the strip. Super clean - I really can't say enough about our experience. Thanks and we will absolutely visit again.

  Your house is amazing!!! We had a wonderful time everything we needed was there. Our kids had a great time which was extremely important for us. Everything we asked for was provided(stroller, high chair & pack & play.) We look forward to staying at your house again in the future!!! Thanks again for everything!!   We had such a wonderful stay at this beautiful home. We had 6 adults and 2 young ones in our party. More than enough room in the house, we did not even use the formal living room. Jessie left us a crib, high chair and stroller for my 1 year old, which was so nice. Family room is excellent for watching tv and visiting. Bedrooms are all very homey and comfortable and bathrooms were nicely equipped. Made our breakfast every morning in the kitchen, it has everything you could want/need. Cannot say enough nice things about Jessie, she was so accomodating to our every request. And...the pool is breathtaking. Nice patio furniture too. We went to walmart and bought floaties which made for PERFECT afternoons chilling in the pool in the glorious 100+ July heat! House is very close to restaurants and shopping and the strip is a short 10 min drive. I love Vegas and felt like this house was my home away from home! We will most likely be staying here on all future trips to Vegas.....SOOOO much nicer than a hotel. Loved having the pool out our back door! Thanks again!

  We thoroughly enjoyed this house! It was awesome for our whole party to be together but plenty of room to spread out. We loved the fact that we could fix our own meals or go out to eat. The house was clean and the kitchen well equipped. It's close to grocery stores/restaurants. We also made use of the washer and dryer, which are the latest models. We only wish we could have used the pool had it been warmer than 55 degrees outside. It looked very clean and inviting. We would definitely rent again on other trips to Vegas!
