We spent a girls weekend up here and had a great time... from snowshoeing at Breck Nordic Center, to walking to Peak 9 to ski, and also downtown for dinner in the evenings. The hot tub was excellent for after skiing as was the steam shower in the unit. The owner left a nice 'welcome basket' and we munched all the snacks after a long day skiing! There is a very nice kitchen - we cooked dinner one night and enjoyed a night in by the fire watching a movie and catching up. The 2nd bedroom with bunks slept 4 adults very comfortably. It was quiet, convenient, cozy, and being up here for a weekend felt like being gone from the city for a week. We will definitley be back!

Our family has stayed here several times, both winter and summer seasons and loved it. The kids loved the pool/hot tub (just a short walk) and the ski in access is great. A big plus is the lack of noise from any of the neighbors, it is similar to a townhome. It is also very easy for unloading a packed vehicle since everything is ground level. Would highly recommend this very cute and cozy Park Place condo!

We have stayed in your condo a few times now, and are never disappointed!! The location is perfect...close to everything! The condo is cozy, spacious and clean. We have had a lot of fun in the community pool and hot tubs. We look forward to coming back and thank you for the opportunity to rent such a great place!
