On the main level you'll enjoy a media room complete with wrap around sofas, a flat screen TV with Blue Ray DVD and Playstation 3. 2 out of 4 of the bedrooms are also on the main level alongside 2 full designer bathrooms with flat screen TVs, and a screened-in porch perfect for enjoying the sea air or just easy access to the beach. Don't feel like climbing the hardwood stairs...just take the elevator up to the 2nd level. There you will find the Master (KING) retreat, large walk-in closet, designer bathroom with intricate tile detail, a steam shower, and a flat screen TV. Right off the master is a 600 sq ft private balcony with your own private hot tub! Keep the doors open at night and enjoy being lulled to sleep by the sound of the lapping ocean water.
You'll find the 4th and final guestroom with private bath and flat screen TV before heading up to the 3rd floor. The top floor boasts gorgeous living areas, gourmet kitchen, stainless steel appliances, 2 dishwashers, dining area (seats 8), living area with fireplace and flat screen TV with Blue Ray DVD. The 3rd floor balcony is where you'll enjoy grilling out on the gas grill or sipping on a cocktail after a long day at the beach!
