Our nightly rates are 175.00 dollars per night with a 2 night minimum and 1,050 for a week.
This private secluded getaway in the gated community of Lava Falls is just the right place to enhance your vacation experience. Our twin-home is surrounded by the red mountains of Snow Canyon State Park and located just south of the Entrada Golf Course. We are 10 minutes away from downtown St.George and also close to many other popular destinations. Also Tuachan is a short 10 minute drive away and always seems to have wonderful events planned to see.
This has been newly furnished with everything from furniture to linens. Master bedroom includes King Bed and TV/ DVD Player and a nice spacious tiled shower enclosure. 2nd bedroom has a queen bed. All mattresses are new and top quality. There is another bath with tub/ shower combination. The kitchen, family and dining room are combined giving it a spacious and open feeling and allowing you to be a part of all the conversations. The Family room has a new 42” flat screen TV and DVD with cable. Also wireless internet is available. Kitchen has granite counter tops, all new appliances and all you need for preparing meals, or BBQ on our new gas grill on the covered patio. It also has a new full sized washer and dryer and two car garage.
There is a beautiful outdoor pool and hot tub shared by the guests. Optional services available. Inquire when making reservations.
