We love our beach-block home located on the 800 Block of Park Place in the Northend. We love the memories created here. We hope your time spent here will be memorable as well. We come from a large family and as such this house is always filled with people. The house is comfortable and welcomes families.
The first floor has a living room, dining room, kitchen, w/d room and full bathroom. There is a large wrap-around front porch and back deck. The kitchen and living room are equipped with ceiling fans. There is a room air-conditioner that cools this floor. The second floor has 4 bedrooms, each equipped with a ceiling fan (3 bedrooms have queen beds, one bedroom has a futon with a double bed), and the floor contains a full bathroom. The third floor has two large bedrooms (each bedroom has a double bed and a single bed – great for kids) both equipped with room air-conditioners plus another full bath. There is an outside enclosed shower (for after-beach showering!). A great feature of the house (because very few homes in Ocean City have this) is that the house comes with a driveway! We are one of the few houses on the street that has a full driveway which can accommodate up to 5 off-street parking spaces! Plus we have a basketball hoop. You'll find all the comforts of home here PLUS a beautiful beach, a two mile boardwalk with amusements, access to fishing, golf, tennis, power sailing, wave runners and lots of fine dining (famous Brown's donuts a few blocks away and don’t forget about Annie’s Carousel ice cream just down the block), great shopping, and many friendly fellow family vacationers on a quiet wide street in the beautiful North end of Ocean City.
Our renovated home has plenty of room for you, your family and your friends! There is a 32” inch TV with cable and DVD player in the living room on the main floor. You will also enjoy our DVD library. There is a 15” flat screen TV in the kitchen. There is a 19” TV with Playstation 2 in one of the bedrooms on the third floor. The house is complete with restored original wood flooring, renovated bathrooms and kitchen (DW, Micro, Garbage Disposal, Self-cleaning oven, Gas Stove) and don’t forget the front wrap-around porch and back deck (which contains a gas grill) for outdoor dining and evening conversations (even a gate by the steps on the front porch to keep the little ones in!).
